Horrible company and service
I am extremely unhappy by the service provided. Below is a summary of issues - 1. Nobody contacted a day before the move. Someone called 1 hour before arrival to let us know that we should be ready to move. 2. I was quoted $2280 after the inventory was done. The movers packed and loaded everything and at 9 PM they told me that I will have to pay $4876 if I want our stuff moved. If not, they would unload and leave the stuff as it is. I had no choice but to agree. They gave me a $300 discount after charging more than double! 3. I was quoted and promised a 3-day delivery. The movers picked up the stuff on Dec 07th and nobody cared to call about the delivery date. I called multiple times and finally, someone picked up and told me that the stuff will be delivered on the 15th. A 1-2 day delay is acceptable but 8 days is beyond imaginable. 4. Nick Bauer was great to talk with until I signed the contract and completely disappeared after it. 5. I got a called on Dec 14th that I need to keep the cash ready for payment before delivery if I want my stuff. What is this language? 6. I ordered a full service (pack, load, move, unload and unpack). Almost all boxes were intentionally packed half full (see pictures). I noticed it while unpacking. Your website doesn't let me send you all this information through the contact us page. Your customer service email address is invalid. Nobody picks up the phone. So I have no way to contact you. Please provide a refund for the amount I was charged extra ($2,295) so that both of us don't have to go through the process of resolving the issue through AMSA or BBB or FMCSA.
