WORST MOVING COMPANY
This is by far the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They sent 5 guys to move my things, and all 5 complained the whole time about lifting my heavy furniture. One of the men rammed my mattress into my ceiling fixture and it shattered on the floor. Almost instantly they began telling me that it wasn't their fault as to why it fell. I called the company immediately and was told to take some pictures and it would be taken care of. When we arrived to the house that I was moving into the movers used profanity while moving my items, they left plastic wrap on my big furniture, and I even had to tell them to place the top of my china cabinet onto the base. When they left they didn't even say that they were leaving and left the receipt on the ground in the garage. I called the company the next day about the light fixture and was told that they would contact me in a couple of days. 10 days later, I called them and was told that they weren't going to refund me money to fix the fixture. I was talked down to by a woman named Christina who is in charge of claims and damages. She belittled me on the phone and when I told her to quit talking to me like Im a damn child, she claimed that she was recording our phone call and would let her boss listen to how harshly I was treating her. WORST business ever... DONT USE THEM. You've been warned.

Bad experience with two different ...
I used two different companies and had a bad experience with both of them. They broke stuff and didn't tell me about it. They made me sign and told me later that I can't be reimbursed. I hired another company who was very impatient with me and were not careful with my stuff. One company was not careful while the other broke stuff and didn't tell me about it. They should have insurance and make things easier for reimbursement.
