They moved things quickly, they were very informative about what they could and could not move, what would and would not be covered under their insurance. They've always been great

It went great. Like I said I've used them before so they knew everything that I had to move and they've always been great about bringing it in and putting it where it needs to go. I didn't have as much stuff as I usually have so yea it was pretty easy. I did all my own packing and I moved a lot of the boxes and stuff myself. I just had them move the big stuff that I couldn't move. No they really didn't [give me a price estimate] but like I said I've used them before so I knew pretty much what I was looking at as far as cost. Read more

They did a great job

There was a problem with the one railing outside the house that got knocked over, but honestly the brick and mortar were old, and my landlord was quite good about it. He's going to replace it. The gentlemen themselves were great, they stayed until it was done, they did anything that I asked them to do, they set furniture up inside the house for me. It was one of my better moves, and I've moved a lot. I would recommend this company. Read more

Very impressed with their service

I guess they just kept moving. They were friendly and energetic. Yes the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them to future customers. Yes I have received all the services that I requested. Packing was done up to my satisfaction. The crew were very friendly. They got along with one another. You could tell they were asking each other questions about the best way to do something, the best way to load the truck. Both my wife and I were really impressed. We never ever hired a moving company before and we were wary of what was coming along. When it was lunch time they said we are going to get a break. We didn't know what to do, how long it is gonna take. They needed something to eat so we suggested just run into town - they get subway and they agreed to that. My wife went and got them - she took all their orders. In other words they didn't just lag around and add on time and stuff like that. I don't know we all just got along very well. Read more

Thorough packing excellent service

It was fantastic. The care they took with the furniture. They were on time. The people were delightful. The time was as predicted and the cost was a little bit less then what they predicted. Yes the price was reasonable. No advice to them. I have already had the feedback with them and told them that if I am gonna move anything else again, I will get back with them. Their estimate was higher than it turned out to be. Packing was total and they protected all the furniture. It surprised me to the degree to which they packed. Read more

They took the time to explain the whole process to us, and explained ways that we could cut down on the amount of time they were on the job. Couldnt ask for better service

When I called I spoke with Chad, the owner of the company. He was a straight shooter, down to earth and a pleasure to speak to. He didnt follow up time and time again to see if i was interested which is one reason why i did chose to go with Ace. On the day of the move, his guys arrived on time and prepared to move. They jumped right to it and i felt comfortable that they were not going to slow the clock to pad the bill. They, as promised, laid mats and padded corners to protect the houses and my furniture. They carefully wrapped and strapped my furniture in the truck for the move. The movers were professional, courteous and and very personable. When asked how they liked working for Ace, they both said it was an awsome family run company and they truly enjoyed working for them. I will definitely be keeping Ace's number handy in case I do move again or if i know of anyone moving, I would not hesitate to recommend them. TOP NOTCH COMPANY!!!!!! Read more
