Rip Off!
They moved my daughter from Austin to Madison and we were given a quote by Eric in which the delivery date did not work. We told him we absolutely had to have the furniture by a certain day so he gave us a new quote which was $750.00 higher to guarantee that date. They told us it would be there by the date promised all week up until the day before when they called to say it would be a day late. When I said I would not pay the extra $750.00 that guaranteed the delivery date they said I had to pay to get the furniture and could file a claim after for my refund. Guess what-no refund! Such a rip off and once they have your money they don't care at all about you as a customer. Don't book with them unless you don't mind being deceived by dishonest people.
