ADAMS RELOCATION SERVICES IS A !!SCAM!!
They picked up my stuff and was told it usually takes 5 business days. Didn't hear anything for 7 business days until I called them. Only then was I told my move would take 10-14 business days. Would call several times over the week for an update and would be told I would get a call back, but never got it. Extremely unprofessional. Now they are forcing me to buy additional shuttle service because the 18 wheeler truck doesn't fit in my apartment complex. They gave me specifics and there is definitely space right outside my apartment, I measured it and sent pics to the driver. Now they will not deliver my stuff.

Poor customer service
The customer service is too pathetic. They dont reply to emails or respond to calls. They are so nonchalant as if we are getting paid for our goods to be delivered. When we pay so much we expect great service back, atleast reassurance from their behalf.
