Poor Customer Service
I am very upset with the delivery of my furniture ...... Headboard shattered and what made things even more upsetting was my sons phone went missing. My son had his phone in his bedroom watching videos on his phone while movers were unloading.... my son left phone in his room on the floor and went missing. There is nothing we can do.... I called to speak with manager and all that was told to me is the movers denied taking my son's phone. Just want people to know what your dealing with when you call this company.
