I would avoid...

Unfortunately, my experience with Allaroundmoverz did not meet the standards I had hoped for, especially considering the cost of the service. Here are the main issues I encountered: **Professionalism:** Our initial booking was scheduled for the incorrect day, and during the move, specific instructions regarding packing and handling of items were disregarded, resulting in damage. **Packing Concerns:** Valuable items, including a custom cannon table, were not appropriately wrapped, and there was a significant underutilization of the packing materials provided by us, which compromised the safety of our belongings. **Cleanliness and Respect for Property:** The moving team did not maintain cleanliness in the previous building, leaving trash scattered around communal areas, and used unauthorized property without consent. **Behavior:** The interaction with the moving personnel and even the owner in the follow-up calls was far from constructive, with an apparent unwillingness to accept responsibility for the lapses in service. **Resolution:** As of now, the company has not shown a proactive approach towards finding a satisfactory resolution, including addressing the financial concerns raised due to the inadequate service provided. I hope others have a better experience, but I find it necessary to share mine to give a full picture of the potential challenges one might face while engaging with this service. Read more

I would highly recommend this moving company. They were very responsive,competent,and professional from the beginning to the end. Grace was patient and kind during the booking process and the movers were skilled and made sure to handle my belongings with care. I've told my family and friends about them for their future moves. They did damage one of the tables but they fixed it..it took a little longer than I expected, almost a month. I just got it back a couple days ago and I moved on the 8th of October. But they were very good and Grace is excellent, excellent communicator. Stayed on top of stuff. Read more

Really quick and really nice!

They were good. They showed up, they were a little bit late - but the woman from the office called and told me they were running a few minutes behind, which wasn't a big deal. The two guys that were moving for us were really nice, really friendly. It definitely was a big convenience and a huge help because I was by myself. It was really good. The only issue was that they got lost on the way to the new address - I guess they didn't have the right new address. What was nice is they knocked the price down a little bit because of the time that it had taken for them to find the new address. But other than that, they were great. Damaged a couple pieces of furniture.

I am not [satisfied] because they damaged a couple of pieces of furniture and I was not happy with it. My file cabinet that they moved, it had plastic rollers on it and when they dropped it down, they broke one of the rollers. ... We discovered this later, because you're so tired and you're grateful you're in - you say goodbye. But later, we had an antique desk and it had four heavy legs, very solid wood. When we saw it in place, it was cracked. The leg was totally cracked. ... They asked for $75 for nothing. They didn't come to your house for nothing. Then they start and then charge the $150 for the time, but we asked them, "What was the $75?" They said, "Oh, that's for writing and making the appointment." So when you averaged it out, it was the same as all the other movers. Nobody else charges $75 for writing your name down and making an appointment. That's always deducted or included in the price of the move. ... Excell was the name of the one mover, a big fella. But his partner was a very nice fella... He was being careful, he was wrapping. He was a different sort of a fella. He wasn't as rough, but I got the impression that the bigger fella, named Excell, was sort of telling him, "Hurry up. Let's go. Do it." You know what I'm saying? They weren't unkind. They were good men. They were just a little too rough with the furniture. It wasn't as careful as they should have been - especially because we had done so much as far as getting it ready ourselves. And there were no boxes, it was strictly a few big pieces. Read more

They were on point, on time, the owner was also, she called me like before the guys got there. She said if there was any problems to make sure I call her. So she was very available. The guys were very nice and ready to move and they were careful with the items I had. They were just over the top, quick, efficient and got it done in reasonable timing. And their rate was cheap. I was thrilled with them!

They were just very friendly and professional. They were the most reasonable for what we needed. The only complaint that I have is that they did damage quite a bit of things while they were moving, but they took care of everything right away. A banister was damaged and they sent us a check right away once we gave them an estimate. They broke a piece of glass from one of my units and they personally came and delivered a replacement piece the very next day. I would recommend them

They were pretty good. I really appreciated their service. They did a really good job. They came in and they were able to move the stuff in a timely fashion. When we got here to the house they were unable to unload pretty good. They did a pretty good job. The only thing I will say about them is they charged me $100 more than the price I was given. They did send an extra guy--because initially it was three guys. It helped the move go much quicker, it just cost me an additional $100. But I guess it is what is is, I got my stuff moved and it was within my price range. I would recommend them to other people. Read more

It was pretty smooth all the way around

It went excellent, it was two guys they came in and packed me up in 2 and a half hours. They took a little longer to unpack but I had no damage or anything, they were really good. They emailed me and they actually called me the day before the move and then a gentlemen came to my house to look around and give me an estimate. My experience was good. Everything was done on time within the cost of the estimate. We didn't have any casualties during the move. Everything worked out really well. It was a good price. Perfect move

It was good. Perfect move. They were quick. Got everything inside. I was concerned that is was going to drag into an extra hour but the unloading was amazingly fast. Loading took a lot of time because of our purpose. The speed and the fact that everything was done carefully. It was good. It was cheaper quote than most of the other companies. And, they didn't had an hourly requirement which was great because I was only moving within the same town just six blocks. So I was trying to keep it low as possible. They were the one company that were not only affordable with their rates but they require like a four hour minimum. Yes I would like to recommend them to my friends and family who will move in the future. I would use them - not only there was any detail that was an issue. I didn't use their packing services. It was excellent. I even referred them to some body else for their move. It was just exceptional. Pricing was more than reasonable. It was quality. I just think they are the best. There is no need to look around. I looked at like 12 different places. They beat all their prices. I got in touch with the person right away. Like the woman in the front office contacted me. They were friendly and on time. No problem. Yes they did have reasonable prices. I think it was $65 an hour. The crew were friendly and efficient. Not a problem. I didn't need a packing service. Mover were really good in profession. ...

My experience with them was great. The most thing I can see that is they took care of TV and electronics stuff. They really wrapped up the furniture because I had glass furniture, so they really took care of not to scratch the furniture and glass. They were really good at wrapping making sure that it doesn't damage. The price was reasonable. There was no harm to my furniture. There was really noting to improve, they were great.
