They were good...

Well, I liked the idea that they pointed out things that were out of their control. The fact that when I moved in the house, some of my furniture was damaged and they pointed it out before they started moving with it, I kind of liked that. I liked the price they quoted me, I thought it was going to take longer then what was anticipated and they stuck to the price they told me they were going to charge me. It was my first time using a moving company and I liked it, I weighed the options and thought about doing it myself, as opposed to hiring someone to do it and I was really satisfied with them. They were good and I was satisfied

They brought three guys they worked well together, they seemed fairly efficient, they protected my furniture, they moved it into storage. I think the only negative is that I was charged extra because it took longer than expected. I think next time I will try to get someone to come and give me a quote rather than do that, but I'm sure it's hard to estimate over the phone 'cause you can't see all the boxes, but they did a great job anyway. AWESOME JOB

We were moving from League City to Corpus Christi, Tx. on 3/13/17. The two men, Sac and Justin showed up on time and were very professional, polite, and full of energy. They worked great together as a team. They never once argued or yelled at each other for not doing their job or moving to slow. The two men hustled all day, loading and unloading. They damaged everything I had. Every piece of wood furniture I had was scratched because they didn't put padding on the dolly. I am in the process of filing a claim. The pricing was fine. Theft of $25,000

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. I had $25,000 of estate jewelry, including my engagement ring, husband's wedding band, my grandmothers' diamonds, etc stolen during the move. I filed a police report, but yet am unable to get any money from the company because they ARE NOT INSURED!! Their website might lead you to believe otherwise. I also have a BBB complaint against them which they did not resolve. Note - they are NOT BBB accredited. We are currently pursuing legal action with the help of my insurance company, but it is impossible to replace the estate jewelry and family heirlooms. Read more

All My Sons, a horror story

I just want to make sure this doesn't happen to you. I moved a one bedroom apartment into another bedroom apartment. I had moved myself in to my first place with only help with large items from a friend (table/couch/mattress) so I figured with the help of three men it would take an hour tops to get everything loaded, and hour to get to my new residence, and an hour to get into my new place (this was about how long it took JUST ME. 5 hours later (yes, it took 3 grown men 5 hours to move what I had done in 2 hours tops), these three guys had damaged 3 pieces of furniture, broken 3 frames and numerous other items, scratched up the new hardwood floors in my new place, destroyed a corner of the wall, and broke two parts of the baseboards. I told their supervisor over the phone what had happened. I told him about the damage, that one of the guys had disappeared during the move a few times, that they went and got lunch on my clock, that they had charged me for moving a piano THAT I DO NOT HAVE, that they were talking in front of me about some other customers they had screwed and framed a fellow coworker for. After a few weeks of their company dodging my calls I finally get a claim number from their insurance. Their insurance has no message machine nor do they ever call. The only option I had at this point was to dispute the charge through my credit card company. It's been 4 months and I am still in a dispute over this move. This was after the company had initially recognized their fault (I have this documented via email). I recommend you NOT to use this company under any circumstances! They are lazy, unprofessional, and have no regard to the belongings of those they move. Read more

NEVER AGAIN!!!

Please read this review before you considering this company for your next move! Let me begin by stating that the 3 movers had no tools and we're completely unprepared to disassemble any of the furniture. Also, even though 3 movers showed up for the move, ever 15 minutes one of the 3 would take a smoke break but pretend as if something in the trailer needs to be moved around but you have a cigarette in your mouth! Several items were either lost, stolen or damaged. Level of professionalism was -1 these crooks broke the support frame to my dresser mirror and placed the broken part within my rug which was rolled and tapped. Also, the damaged mirror was never unwrapped to hide the damage. Two 50" Smart TVs were damaged with one even being cracked. Having significant damage to numerous items wasn't the icing on the cake. Upon submitting a claim for damage All My Sons admitted to being at fault yet only provided a check in the amount of $83.00. So, I ask you, would you recommend the services following this dreadful experience ? Read more
