Poor management follow up

Unfortunately the moving team damaged my sons television. I've left several voice mails and sent emails to management with no return call. The moving team assured me that this would be taken care of - they took a picture of the damage and called it in to their supervisor but absolutely no one has followed up. Greatly disappointed - would not recommend. Yes they have insurance but if you can't file a claim what good is the insurance? Read more

I wouldn't recommend them.

The drivers were great except they took one of our dollies they were utilizing, an appliance dolly, and they thought it was theirs when they left it. They took it, it was ours. We called the manager and he was not very polite, he was not very nice about it. We had to pick it up to finish our move. Read more

Won't contact me regarding damages ...

The movers from all My Sons damaged my leather couch by letting it drag on the concrete. They damaged my entertainment center, scrapped paint off the walls, put holes in the ceiling and cracked the mopboard molding. They also decided it was ok to screw off on my dime!!! I would NEVER use them again and I highly suggest others follow my lead!!! Very Very unhappy and irate customer!!! Read more

Would not use them

At times the movers were moving a little bit too quickly and damaged some of our items. Also, we were told that the movers would handle all dis-assembly during the move and that I should not do any of this. Consequently, I didn't take apart my treadmill in the basement prior to the move. Knowing that it wouldn't fit up the stairs fully assembled I told the movers they would need to take it apart, which they told me they couldn't do. They tried to take it upstairs for almost an hour and then ended up taking it apart anyways. It has been two weeks since my move and I still have not been refunded this time, after being told that I would. I have placed four separate calls in, each time telling me that I will receive a call back about it - I have yet to receive a call back. Also, I was pre-billed for an hour of work that didn't need to be used and I still have yet to receive that refund 17 days later. Additionally, we have to file a claim for several damaged pieces of furniture in our master bedroom set as well as door frames in our new home. We are also missing items from the move that we have to file a claim for. Overall, the beginning part of the process went well - but now I wish that I had gone with another company because of how much work this is putting on me after the fact. Very disappointed. Read more

damage and abandon

DO NOT USE! Talked a good game about stress free careful moving, but damaged stairs, gouged floors, marked walls, left hand truck tied to refrigerator on truck (no pad) now hand truck outline is worn in side of fridge, Moved grandfather clock with weights and pendulum attached destroying movement, 18 in gouge in STEEL door, torn linoleum. Sent pictures for "adjuster to look at" and receipts for repair now they will not reply. Read more

Took care of business very well

It worked out well. The guys took care of business very well, nothing got damaged, and everything got moved quickly and efficiently so I was happy with the service. They had blankets that they wrapped everything up in so that it wouldn't be damaged. The movers were very pleasant and nice guys. They were polite, efficient, and got the job done. They did give me a price quote and then I got a refund from them because the move didn't take a full 2 hours so I got a credit back. Read more

Do not use all my sons.

Frist they were an hour late. Second we had a contract to move are apt and off site storage they said they could only had time for are small apt and didn't have time for are storage. I called their supervisor to resolve the issue and his response was he didn't care and he was only going to move the apt. So Gary the supervisor told his employees to unload the truck and took off and left us floating in the wind. Gary has to be the most uncaring piece of **** human being I have every dealt with. I would never use them again

It was a disaster. I would never use them again. I had to supervise the movers the entire time, one of them wanted to stand on his cell phone and do nothing but talk to his girlfriend. And then he was offended when I asked him to hang up and get to work. They told me I needed 4 men and one of the gentlemen worked very hard. I finally called their office and I asked them to remove one of them, who had a very aggressive tone with me, and he ended up breaking a drawer. I asked them to remove him and they did not. They told me they were gonna fix the drawer, the drawer had an antique glass in the front panel. They took the drawer and I have not received it back yet. He said he put it in the mail. Broke a 100 year old table and gave me ...

They wrecked things, they wrecked a 100 year old solid walnut table. Cracked it in half. They broke things, they weren't honest. Horrible. In fact I'm going to put an insurance claim in with them right now. All they want is pictures, and all they want is me to do a claim and be done with me. They got $5,700 and they're happy and now I'm left with the mess. They're unprofessional and they don't do what you say. Buyer beware. Read more

It was okay. They were very helpful. They went little bit beyond what they are supposed to help out and made sure the move went smoothly. Yes the price was reasonable. Poor Service & Quoting

The movers got lost coming to the storage facility and then to my apartment. The hole put in the ceiling was never fixed and my credit card company had to dispute charges to get it to the final amount. Read more

The move was finely done by this company. The services were great and done in a timely fashion. The prices were also reasonable, and they were very careful with my stuff.
