Drew is a reactionary business owner who didn’t want to hear that his own dispatch was a sh*t show. It was a point-blank statement intended for him to grow from and understand that we do not have any flexibility in our moving schedule so we didn't want that to occur. Per flooring specialists we have contacted, the damage cannot be fixed and we will have to replace the flooring in the entire room. My family and I spent hours traveling to different flooring stores, getting quotes, getting the room measured, assured by management that we would be taken care of. The estimates for replacing the floors were around $4,000. All my sons offered to pay $475 for the damage. What a joke. I think the only way they stay in business is by manipulating their google reviews. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They completely lied about their moving prices and then held my furniture hostage after telling me I owed them TWICE what they quoted over the phone the day of the move. This company is underhanded and deceptive. Their customer service was terrible, rude and blamed ME for the incorrect quote. They told me $470 over the phone for an intown move with two guys for 2 hours and ended up demanding $930 when they came to drop off my furniture! This company is scum! Read more
