Great Service and Very Profesional
I was in quite a bind and needed to move the majority of my household out to a storage location. The group that came to pack, load the truck and unload the truck were absolutely fantastic. Not one item was broken, I was not one item was poorly labeled, no scratches on the furniture. Everyone was polite and respectful, if they had a question they made sure to come and ask rather than presume. We will be using them for a cross-country move for sure!

I was not satisfied, the dropped my ...
I filed a claim with them already. They dropped my table. At the end they were not packing stuff right, they were just putting them in the truck. They were not using dollys, one guy carried my dryer all by himself. It was very unprofessional I thought.

Belongings Left Behind
All My Sons was contracted to move 3 storage units of household goods for me without me being present. I told AMS the load would probably not fit on a 26' truck. They sent a 26' truck, loaded it, and when they found the load didn't fit, they brought the load 6 hours to Telluride and told me then that they had to leave behind the contents of a unit. Now I'm stuck trying o get the rest of my things after having paid them a great deal of money. Why they didn't call me first and why they didn't inspect first is a mystery, even I asked them to take a look. Items that were to have been wrapped or packed arrived broken, destroyed, or marred.

Not at all impressed with them
First of all, all the costs are not explained to us upfront. The three men they sent us - several times they told us they will accept gratuity. I didn't think that was appropriate. My husband has dismantled one bed trying to save time, money that is all. When the time came to put it back together, he said that I cannot do that because I did not take it apart. My husband said okay, I didn't know. I will put it back together myself. Just few of these things. I was just not impressed with them and I will never ever use them again.
