Better than I expected!

This was a great moving experience. From the first contact to the last. The moving crew was on-time, efficient, hard working, careful with my stuff (DOUBLE IMPORTANT!!) and friendly without being obnoxious. Mark,owner, rude, damaged goods

Mark (owner) my contact person, was very nice UNTIL he got the job. Once job was in process, rude, condescending. OVERCHARGED us by double of Pads and straps (however after calling several times), he initiated a whopping $85 refund. Handed off our Load to a "transport company, furniture got damaged. Called 2 days ago to file a claim. He WAS to send email with claim info (i haven't received YET). Estimated our Load at much higher weight (which we had to PRE-PAY the whole move before completing job and delivery. Guys sent to load were great, with exception to packing truck in stable manner. NEVER USE. We have moved 15 times and NEVER complained or had reason to. Read more

Damaged goods/Poor transport

Absolutely horrible experience! They didn't handle my furniture and mattress appropriately, now all damaged! Maverick, the estimator, said everything would be wrapped in furniture pads and the mattress packed in a box. Moreover, if anything under $500 was damaged they would take care of it. They didn't offer to repair my furniture like any other reputable company would. Instead they offered me $132. They also don't give you an itemized list in your estimate like other companies and I was charged for things they didn't end up packing. Use another company or purchase the full replacement value plan, you will need it!!!! Read more

It was really very good, they seemed to be pretty efficient. The only thing was--I guess some things weren't wrapped as good as they should have been. They didn't mention the fact that a mirror that belonged to my wife's bedroom set was broken. They just kinda stuck the mirror over to the side. They didn't say, "oh we need to put that mirror up--oh my goodness, I'm sorry, it's broken". They didn't say anything like that. They just left the mirror in the garage and didn't say anything. I wrote them a pretty praiseworthy report to send back to them but they didn't say a word about the mirror and that really upset me. Read more

The guy came on time, he was a young kid, relatively young kid. Did a great job, made sure he got everything in the truck ... Didn't scratch anything, didn't break anything, everything went well. They broke our things and took a lot ...

We weren't very impressed actually. ...When I called to book them they stressed that they would send people and they would not take cigarette breaks, they would run if they didn't have stuff, but the ... Four or five guys, they took about four to five cigarette breaks, they asked my husband to help them move stuff, they broke our television, they broke the master bed, they broke my son's bed. Several boxes had broken items. So overall we weren't happy. Read more

Hard to get a hold of them

They lost a piece from one of my pieces of furniture and damaged a piece of furniture. It's been really hard to get a hold of them to get them to rectify the situation....they promise to call back and they don't. They're supposed to send someone out to fix these things, and contact me to set up a time, and they just aren't doing it. Read more

Caution when using this company

One of the moving guys kept hitting the corners of my wall, in both the origin and destination. Very amateurish movers, but they did get the job done. Also they clearly lack technical skills such as moving an oversize sofa through the door. I have since had to give away the sofa. charged $119 and another to my credit card, even though I know it didn't take that long. Receipt has no such details on time. Go ahead and use them

Wasnt terrible but wasnt great

It was ok. They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 and they got there at like 10 o'clock sharp and they were ok. There were two of them and they kind of did what they had to do but not really anything extra, it wasn't like an "above and beyond" kind of thing and they kind of just put it in the truck and when we got to the new house alot of the furniture, i expect some of the furniture to have some scratches, but our 60 inch tv doesn't sit straight now....i would say all of our furniture has damage. Then at the end of it they weren't happy about the size tip i gave them. It wasn't a terrible experience but it wasn't a great either. Read more

Everything was good

Everything was good, I didn't have any problems with customer service or with the crew members. My items were already previously packed they moved my stuff from a storage unit. The pricing was about the same from other companies and I would recommend them to friends and family. Read more

I am happy about my move

It is a good experience. They did good job. They replied quickly whenever I entered the request. The only thing I would complian or say anything about just the price was very confusing and hard to understand the pricing structure. The movers tried to explain on the day of and I simply didn't understand and the person who was in the office trying to tell their movers what to tell me, he was unavailable at the time when I tried the call. But, aside from that I figured it out eventually and I it would be lot more easier if they would have kind of explain the red print and tape upfront. No advice for them, they were good. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

It was okay but there were lot of hidden fees and charges that they didn't tell me about upfront. When I called in, the lady told me its $80 an hour and probably need only for two hours. I was contemplating this thing would only cost me about $300 or $400. It ended up costing me over $700. So very disappointed in that. I felt like it was a lied to or mislead upfront. What choice you have, once they load the truck they won't offload it until you pay the amount. I was ripped off and would never recommend that moving company to anybody. Originally they would say it was a three hour minimum. So they are talking that would cost me around $300. It ended up costing me over $700. The crew members were fantastic. I have nothing negative to say about them. They worked through the entire time. They were very careful with everything. They really worked very hard. They did a great job of moving everything. The customer service should be more upfront when it comes to pricing. I knew nothing about all these different charges. If I had known about the charges, I wouldn't hire their company. If they told me the charges upfront and gave me a better estimate then I would have felt better about the actual, you know giving them the money for it. Read more
