All My Sons Moving-NJ

Horrendous experience

I hired All My Sons to move me out of my apartment and into a temporary storage unit. I had pre-ordered covers for my mattress and sofa. Neither were provided at pick up. My biggest mistake was not paying for insurance because almost all of my furniture was damaged in some way. None of my furniture was wrapped in quilts as discussed when I hired the company. It was just thrown in the back of the truck to bounce around on the road. When I complained, I was told that they were not provided with the correct supplies when they left their business and could not drive back to get them. My dining room chairs were all scratched. There were dings on my coffee table and large scratches in my china buffet. During the move, the supervisor called continuously to hurry the movers along to the next job. I was devastated with the results of this move and hired real professionals when I moved out of the storage unit. Shame on me for hiring All My Sons. Read more
