Unacceptable.......not professional ...

The Best Moving Crew

A crew of four showed up to work this morning, ready to go. We knew we were hiring a quality crew, but we didn't realize that we had hired the best, until the moving day was done. Jay, Everette, Scott and "B" were they guys who helped us with the difficult lifting. We were impressed with the professionalism, the expertise, and the experience. Each of the crew members had a job to do, and they went about their jobs methodically, only stopping to ask questions when they needed direction on placement of an item. Great care was taken to wrap our furniture to the Company standards. I mentioned early in the day that moving furniture is sometimes like moving grandma....you just have to be careful, and they were careful with all of our things, even wrapping the front doorway to the entry of the house in order to protect it, too. We appreciated the polite and respectful manner of their conversations, as well as the obvious method of sharing with each other the techniques of lifting and moving, which is a craft, and the attention to detail. We had a terrific experience today! Four men arrived,Antonio,Mike P.,Mason,Omer,they introduced themselves to me and my son,they're so polite and friendly! After introductions they went over everything we needed them to move,put out floor and door jamb protection and went straight to work! They worked so efficiently with one another! A great team! Movers were awesome

I updated the phone number with them, they contacted the wrong number. So they showed up and then left because they couldn't contact me. They brought a truck that was a little too small, I assume because no one came to the house to do a pre-move. I emailed them after the move was over- the movers were awesome. I emailed them after the move was over to let them know about some damages and I still haven't heard anything from them. Read more

My experience was they were friendly, and professional. I didn't have any issue. The only issue was they broke a little glass from the top of the grandfather clock. But for such a large move I didn't consider that to be very huge, because everything went very well. Read more

They overcharged so much

They charge by the hour, so they were intentionally taking a long time to move my stuff. It was obvious that they were trying to expand as much time as they could, and they had some outrageous fees. They charged me one hour worth of driving for approximately 10 minutes drive away from the current destination... So that was ridiculous. They charged me an awful $53 for saran warp, because they were going to wrap my couches. Which after I told them I didn't want them to wrap the couches, they said they had to. So it was obvious they were trying to squeeze out as much money as possible. Read more

There wasn't much that they did right. They lost stuff. I'm missing stuff. They lied to me about the cost. They blackmailed me into getting my furniture halfway here, saying that if I didn't pay double the quote, they would drive away with my furniture. Read more

It took two guys seven hours to load ...

It took two guys seven hours to load five rooms into a 24 foot truck. Everything was boxed and everything was packed with minimal furniture. It was five rooms total and it took them seven hours to pack the truck. I had to be out of the house by midnight that night because I sold the home. And we pulled out of the driveway at five minutes to midnight. My stuff never made it to a storage unit until the next day. They charged me over $800 for the first night. Then they had the audacity to charge me another $400 the next day when they sent two different guys to unload the truck into the storage unit. Who did it in less than an hour and a half. Read more

Never use this company unless you want ...

This company is not a reputable business! DO NOT trust them. They overcharged us by $1,700.00 and ignored our calls after. They showed no real proof for the charge and refused to take our property off their trucks unless we paid them with a credit card. They also damaged many of our items beyond repair! They charged per hour, it was supposed to be done in one day. In the morning, they worked very slow. It took four or five hours just to wrap a couple of furniture. The in the afternoon when they noticed there was lots of job left, they started to rush everything. They were nice guys and amicable, they did a nice job. The only thing is when they backed up that 26-foot truck into my yard they tore down a nice bush that was there and I took pictures of it.
