Total Rip off and Very Poor Customer ...
Wish I could give negative 5 stars to this company. Worst Moving Company ever All My Sons Cincinnati Office! Total rip off and very poor customer service. My 3 year old grandson could have made a better estimate than their estimator. She came out to look at the 1 bed room apartment and gave a quote for $1563. When all said and done it cost me $2674.80. She under estimated the number of boxes needed and when the crew called for more boxes she gave them static about it, After an hour of waiting for the boxes to be delivered (All My Son's office was 3.4 miles from my location) I called and was told that the estimator had left the office 5 minutes ago with the boxes. When I went up stairs to let the movers know they were on the phone with the estimator telling her again how may boxes that they needed. She told the moving crew she had spoken to me and I said I would not pay for the boxes when I never spoke to her at anytime! So I was charged while they were waiting around for the boxes. After the move I never got an itemized bill and I called them and was assured that it should have been sent automatically which it was not so Jake said he would email me it in 5 to 10 minutes. An hout later not email so I called and got no answer. (5:00 PM Friday) Called again at 9:00 AM Monday and talked to Jake again about not receiving an Invoice and wanting to speak to the Manager about the estimate and crappy service. Jake said give him an hour to get me a copy. No email so I called back at 4:00 PM and again talked to Jake and he said he would contact his IT department. Got Invoice at 4:59 PM. Still have not received call back from Manager to discuss my concerns. I was charged Travel Charges of $210 and Fuel Charge of $205.80 for 3.4 Miles for the trip to the property, 2.6 Miles from the property to the self storage facility and 3.0 Miles from the storage facility back to All My Sons. So I paid $415.80 for 9 Miles! If you use this company be prepared for crappy service, being lied to and ripped off !

They brought out 3 movers, they were able to set up a time short notice, because somebody else cancelled on me. I already had all my plans set up and weekend and everything else and they cancelled on me so I called the All My Sons and they were able to schedule something. The 3 gentlemen that came out, were very polite, they got right to work, worked through the whole experience, no issues or concerns, nothing broken. They seemed to take a lot of care with making certain that things were stacked properly and nothing fell over. So I was very happy with the whole experience. My only regret was that I didn't have more ready at the time when they came because I had to continue to get a few things on my own, but that was not their fault that was just me not quite being ready yet and as far as their aspect, everything was perfect. I would give them a five star out of five stars.

They were terrible.
They did not keep track of any of the screws or anything that they took the beds apart with. They destroyed a grandfather clock, two tables made by my father, I told them they were handmade and needed to be taken special care of. They scratched multiple other pieces of furniture, Tore the Roman shades down in one of the bedrooms and never told me about it in the house that we were leaving. I didn't discover it until I went back a week later. So I don't know how I'm going to fix that before I sell the house. Every time we turn around we discover something else that they broke.

they were absolutely terrible.
When I called and I got the quote they told me it was $129 an hour and it would take 3 or 4 hours. I was moving less than 10 miles, probably not even 6 miles. When they got here they moved me to where I am now and they wanted $653 and unless I gave it to them I couldn't have my furniture. i had to take my Christmas funds and pay it. now here's the thing, I'm going to be $65 I'm on a fixed income, this is a home for older people that I've moved to. They lost my vacuum and my TV doesn't work. In the past month I've asked them 4 times to please send me the form to request reimbursement for the sweeper and the TV and I haven't heard anything from them.

Bad service
Was told by scheduler a 3 bedroom home takes 5-6 hours. 3 Men came out (2 hours late due to getting truck stuck in ditch) worked at their own pace and said it'll be more like a 12 hour job. (Said people in office shouldn't give estimated hours out). They also never tell you anything about overtime prices. Moved an adjustable bed which a disabled person in the home depends on. The cords were missing. When called to complain, Ethan stated he would have to check with the movers and get back with me. After 24 hours, still never heard anything back. I phoned Ethan once again. He offered no viable explaination and said Mitch would be out to solve the problem. Mitch never called, never came by..... Here we are over a week after the original move and no word from them. The matter is still unresolved. Would never recommend this company. Never pay by the hour, as they take their time doing things. They have no intention of helping to resolve matters, as they still have not done anything to rectify the adjustable bed issue.

They were extremely quick, they were very, very fast - I mean from packing up my old place to my new place and driving time included, they were done in just under three hours. So, that was unbelievable to us! They were extremely nice, they were very kind, they explained to us what they were going to do prior tot he move and basically just told us to get out of the way and they'd handle it, and they certainly did. NIGHTMARE
A NIGHTMARE would be an understatement to describe the experience I had with All My Sons Movers out of Cincinnati. First, I set an appointment to be moved on Sunday. They did not call to confirm and they didn't even SHOW UP! My mom and I waited an hour at my storage unit and they never showed up and never called. It took me MULTIPLE times of calling to even get ahold of anyone there. Finally I got in touch with someone out in a call center in Dallas? The woman said she would have me out first thing Monday morning and would call me at 8am. Well this didn't happen either. I had to call them at 8:30. I told the man from the Cincinnati office I expected a heavy discount for the no call no show and he agreed with no problem. Think it can't get any worse? Keep reading... At the end of the move they wanted to charge me almost $500 for a 2 hour move! Crazy hidden charges with labor fees?! My mom and I started to argue with one of the movers and he was getting really loud with us and we almost called the police because we were so scared. FINALLY I was able to get his boss on the phone and they still charged me an outrageous amount for what their company had put us through. They told me they only accept credit cards or cash no checks. So I went to the ATM and came back with cash. Then the guy didn't want to give me a receipt! I have never been so upset with a customer service experience like this in my life. STAY AWAY FROM ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE. They will rip you off! Please feel free to share with friends or family who might be moving anytime in the near future.

I couldn't get my move time and they ...
I'm not satisfied with everything, and the reason I chose them, I used them twice before to move, but this was not the same company I used before. It was a problem from the beginning. The time that I asked for I did not get and did not know I didn't get it until the day of the move. I asked for 8:00AM move time and I ended up with, they got there at 2:15 that afternoon ... They took the glass out of my china cabinet, that I had taped together ... But for some reason they took the tape off and took the glass out and did not tell me. So a couple days after I was moved I go to put the things in the china cabinet and I can't put anything in because I have no shelves. So when I called them about it, I mean they were very nonchalant ... Two days later I had not heard from them, I called them back and he says, "Oh yeah, they're here on a chair. When can you come and get 'em?" ... [The man I spoke to] was very discourteous.

They were not very good at all
The guys were friendly and they were on time. They did that part right but they damaged a number of things. They damaged a bunch of furniture articles, walls in both the place I was moving out of and the place I moved in to. They just were not very good from that standpoint. They did wrap some things but not all of it. Their estimate was a little bit different than what they ended up charging me. I contacted them about that and they said, "That is what we quoted you." I provided them the email they sent me and they still charged me a higher rate. They guy I talked to from their office was fairly rude about it. I was at a point where I couldn't make a change because we went through that just a couple days before the move was actually suppose to happen. They were not very good at all. I was not happy with them and it was not a good experience.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ALL MY SONS!
I called 7 weeks ahead of my move date and was quoted approximately $624 for 4 hours total move time. I used the list of items that Movers.com provided. On the date of the scheduled move, they were 1 hour and 45 minutes late and the movers told me it was going to be more like a 8-10 hour move! I called the manager to complain and settled at $868.00 - it did take 10 hours. The office quoted low just to get me to schedule. Items were broken in transit, some they had to see and should have come forward and told me. They only did this with one piece, which was totally destroyed beyond repair. I had large serving bowls and platters broken, figurines broken, a lamp broken, chips in my bedroom furniture, scratches and dents on several pieces of other furniture, and white paint on my kitchen table. (I'm assuming this was not covered with their pads and was forced up against the wall of the truck).I called the day of the move to complain and was told I would be sent a Claim Form. It has been 2-1/2 weeks and still no form. I called the office 2 days ago, and was told they would send one out again. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau locally and will not ever use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. They do not care about their customer's personal belongings. I also heard from another customer that used them several years ago, and they had the same problems. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS IN CINCINNATI.
