They were fine, they came on time and it was really quick. I saw some bumps and bruises on my furniture, but I really can't say if it was them or when I moved into the storage unit, I don't know, I can't really blame them. The pricing was comparable, there was no change in the price, it just annoyed me because, I wanted a local mover and whoever the sales person was, he lead me to believe they were local movers but they weren't and it would've been a lot less expensive if they had been a little more honest. I would recommend the two guys, but not the mover. Read more

They were late and I wasn't unable to ...

I was supposed to move on the 23rd between 9 and 10 a.m. I get a call between 10 and something by the owner that the truck had broken down. That is a lie because the driver told me he doesn't have enough drivers. AT the last minute, on the 23rd, he comes but I can't move because the place I was moving too had restrictions about when I should move. There are people that need to check the bags. For security reasons, you can't move in at any time. It's between 9 and 3. They came at 2 o'clock and that's too late. Read more

Their prices were very fair, the people that were responsible for doing the estimated and the scheduling and making sure that everything ran on time were very responsive, very responsible. They were there on time and completed the work in time frame quoted. The two movers were very professional. They worked hard and did a great job. They wrapped a couple of dressers and stuff like that, they just put the blankets around them. Everything was done right they did a good job. They knew what they were doing. Moving was good. I wasn't quite happy with the way I was invoiced because when I looked at the final invoice there were a lot of other charges that I wasn't made aware of when we moved. There were a few things that I didn't quite like with them. But overall they were professional. They did the move good and it was easy. Would not recommend them

It was somewhere in between. The movers were very friendly. They were very approachable. They did a good job except they did chip some of my furniture. They told me that their management team would call me to either refund the furniture or just pay for the damages. The management team never returned my call and never called me back about the damages. I would not recommend them. Read more

Average moving experience

My experience was okay. My schedule move was supposed to be from 9'o clock in the morning. Around the time they were supposed to get there. I got a call that they were gonna be coming late. Unfortunately, I was not feeling well that day, this kinda made things worse because I was sitting around waiting for them while I was in pain. Then I got another call they were gonna come even later so my move was in the afternoon like 2 something. They got here around 2'o’clock. And I am actually using them again and I felt they should have given some type of discount, but they have not given any type of discounts and they took their time to reach me and the fact I know chose to use them again. Price was better, they were like $110 where all the places wanted $130 and stuff like that. They had much higher per hour. I would recommend them. As long as any type of issue there should be some type of reimbursement or credit to use them again, they should tell you like if you use us, you will get discount or something like that or something to appease the customer. terrible experience I would never recommend this company to anyone. They damaged my walls they broke marble sections of my hardly used patio table .They lost brackets to my adjustable bed so I can"t secure my headboard.They did not send enough truck space to accommodate all my and my daughters things as I instructed them to do,and I asked for three experienced men and they sent me a mover whose first day was my move. The trouble they caused me is overwhelming The claim process is exhausting and time consuming for which I have no time to do but I have to so they can compensate me for all the aggravation they caused. sincerely mary eshoo Read more
