They did an amazing job, they were really good. The only issue we had was when they were moving the dresser it slipped out of one of the guys hands and it hit my neighbors car. It broke window pane of my car. Read more

It was good, professional, got the job done and they spent the night in the town I was moving back to and I caught up with them in the morning to make sure I gave them a good tip. I was very satisfied. They actually gave me a refund, because the distance and how much stuff they moved was not what they estimated so I got a couple hundred dollars back. Read more

They were OK, they delivered. Pricing was OK, maybe a little bit on the higher side only because of the number of hours that were required later on to assemble the furniture and all that. Packing was OK, wrapping was not the greatest, they might have skipped wrapping on a few things, but there was not damage at the end so we were lucky. Read more

It was a good experience the men that were sent were very helpful and shifted the things quite safely and it was a wonderful experience all together. Very Happy With Them

The movers I had were three guys, they were very professional, and effective at moving. They did everything efficiently and I would definitely use them again. The company was cheaper than the others recommended, they did increase the price from the original estimate, but we did add in a second location so that was expected. You're fixing to get scammed.

First they get there, first they cancelled on the day of the move, that'll never happen again. Then they came and say you owe me $70 for trip fee. I said that wasn't part of the deal. Well, you want to move today? I said no, you're not going to bully me into paying this money, you're already getting plenty. Then they were putting the bed together and said the slats don't fit. Although they came off the same bed that I moved. I said yes they do. Then 15 minutes early, they said they had to go. I was like where's my money? They demanded the money upfront. I will never do that with a mover again because you're fixing to get scammed. Read more

Well, they called me. Well, I called them, and they called me a few days before the move to be sure of where, what was being moved, how many rooms, and the day of move, the address of the move, and everything like this. And then they informed me of how much the base amount would be for the move and the per hour. And then the day before the move they called again to be sure we were still moving, and I said yes. They showed up on time. It was great. They had three guys moving some heavy stuff out of our house. It was a little bit wet in the yard. Actually, when we got out there, their truck wouldn't start. They had a dead battery. We tried to jump them with what we had. We didn't have cables. So, I had to go to the new house, get the cables, and go to the old house. Then they got stuck in the mud. I really think they kinda price gouged me at the end. I was trying to get them to move faster cause they seemed to be lollygagging at the end of everything. Quick, but I made the mistake of ...

They were pretty quick, but the one thing I did, They wanted to come two hours early because they finished early at another job. And that's the last time I'll ever do that because I didn't finish packing yet so when they come, they use up their time helping me pack. That's good, except that means more time is taken up by packing, instead of moving stuff in. So I paid for an extra couple hours, and they were probably the most expensive crew out of all the quotes I got. But I would never recommend to anybody to let a moving crew come early on you. Because usually you're trying to get everything aligned and ready and you don't want to be paying for that time. and I will never do that again, so that was a negative. Read more

Promised the moon but delivered a lot ...

It's pretty mixed. It started off OK, they promised the moon and they delivered a lot less than that. I had one guy that called me and supposedly gave me his direct cell phone, I'm going to be with you the whole way. Any problems you call me. The movers came, they started off pretty good.. it was a hot day then started melting around noon it seemed like. I was taking into consideration the weather and everything. But they messed up two different tables of ours. They left one of them upside down in my dining room and said that someone would call me to finish putting it together. Nobody called me. Someone called me to ask how it went and it wasn't the call I was expecting. I called and called and called and emailed all kinds of people but I never heard back from anybody. Read more

Things were lost, broken and they had ...

They lost pictures, they lost crosses (I mean these are 3 foot size crosses, you can't really miss them), they crushed vases because I had them hand blown even though the box was marked, "Very fragile, do not stack" all over it 6 times. They showed up without the carpet linings that they needed for either house. My realtor actually went and bought some. They actually waited though until someone from their company brought them some. They tried to say it was a two story, 2,000 square foot house, three-bedroom, which is maybe correct, but I had given away all my furniture except for a bedroom set and a couch. They had to move nothing else and that was six hours. Everything was packed, they had to pack nothing. Everything was done. And I only moved 3 miles away. It was extremely horrible. Unbelievable. I was unhappy with the packing and ...

They took a long time to move everything, which made me unhappy. There was no packing or wrapping at all, all they had were blankets. My mattress become dirty because it was not wrapped and my bed had a few scratches. Read more

It wasn't done well at all

It wasn't good at all. I had scheduled for three movers, and they couldn't provide the three the day of--late in the day of--they could only provide two instead of three. The two that showed up--one of the guys was really good and polite, the other guy took about 47 breaks. He was lazy, he was rude, and they ended up damaging some of our stuff in the loading. I even took pictures of how they loaded it--it looked like a bunch of six-year-old's threw stuff on top of each other. It wasn't done well at all. Read more

Wasnt happy with them

I wasn't happy with them, I got a claim going right now.They got there on time ,and they got me moved on time , there was just some damage to the tv, the stand got damaged to the tv, and theres a bookcase thats missing so they haven't said no to anything yet... i can't really say anything good or bad other than the workers when they set the tv down and it wouldn't stand up properly, I kept looking at it and i'm saying "i'm sure the swivels not adjusted" there was something wrong with it...after they left I picked it up and looked at it and I could see where it was hit it was just busted...whoever was carrying that tv, there was only two guys, he knew they hit that tv against something and he didn't say nothing about it. I don't think they were very trustworthy as far as i'm concerned about that. Read more

Didn't put the bed back together ...

I was happy up to a point -- when they delivered the furniture to my daughter's house, the men put the bed back together, but that night it collapsed with my daughter and my son-in-law in the bed and I called the company the next day to tell them that apparently they had not put the bed back together correctly and nobody got back to us, nobody. The pricing was okay, the movers were good, except that movers just didn't know how to put the bed together. It was a large king bed and I don't hold them responsible that they just didn't do it right, but I hold the company responsible for not following up and having somebody come out and put it together correctly. I sent them two emails to which they responded that they would call me daughter and handle it, but they never did. My advice to future customers would be to talk to them beforehand about putting beds and other dismantled furniture together correctly, and if it's not make sure that the manager of the company is going to back up their work. Worst experience ever

It was the worst I have ever experienced. I told them exactly what I had to move, emailed them the addresses of storage units. They only sent one truck and charged me the price that they quoted me for the two units as one and wouldn't change it. The price was not reasonable. They charged me double. Read more

Fair moving experience

I am satisfied with the moving company. They were very professional and it was pretty as detailed as possible because they came out and provided the estimates for all the things that I had. For the most part, the quotes that are provided it was reasonable, again with the financial timings. The crew members were extremely professional. They packed our items well. Absolutely I would recommend them. I know they are in it to make money, I think the quotes should be detailed or relooked, when you have small move like myself, I felt like it was on the pricing side, it was fair, considering what I had, I still felt like it could be little bit cheaper. But I think it has to be relooked because I didn't have lot of furniture, I had lot of boxes. Most of my estimate on the boxes that I had packed and I was like WOW. Just for the boxes, I don't have anything because I was getting new furniture after the move was complete. Again, I don't have many furniture items that were going and majority boxes.
