It was horrible.

It was horrible. They sent two guys that were about 80 pounds a piece, and they dropped my desk. And they used horrible foul language. Definitely would not ever recommend them... just for food for thought. Read more

Delay after Delay-

scheduled move for 8A-9A. called to confirm the day before and left me a message. I called back 30 minutes later and they had given my time to someone else who called to confirm before me....?? I was told they would get to me by 11-In short,they continued to give me false times of arrival,couldn't commit to any timeframe and I finally had to cancel and find another company at the last minute to move me. The WORST move ever!!!!

I can't say enough bad things about this company...the person who came for the estimate did a terrible job of estimating the amount of things we had...then he lied and said we did not want to spend the extra money for another truck...that was not true! My husband was a naval aviator for 30 years so we had to move multiple times...this was the absolute worst ever...please do NOT use this company....you will be very sorry if you do. Read more

Cost us double the quote

It wasn't the greatest. They told us approximately me what it would cost. We had never used a mover before. It ended up costing us double. They were doing stuff that didn't need to be done. I will never use them again. Read more

Their pricing was excessive and the ...

I moved across town. They charged me over $4,500. The lady in these apartments moved from California and paid $5,000. I thought that was a little excessive in the price. These guys were very rude. They threaten to take my possessions and dump them in the parking lot at my old apartment and leave. Before I hired these people - there was a Colombia number and a Greenville number - I asked both of those people at the number if they knew how to disassemble and reassemble a Sleep Number bed. I asked them a few times each, asking them about eight times. They responded yes each time. Well, they didn't know how to do that. My Sleep Number bed cost around $4,000 and the thing still isn't working right. They did something with the plug in that adjust the bed up and down. I think because they didn't disassemble it properly and the hauled it out like a regular mattress, I think they pulled some of the layers of the mattress top loose. There is a wrinkle in the bed. We've had some damages and are waiting ...

They told me over the phone to leave the drawers in all the dressers and they would move them as they are. But they took all of them out and moved them that way, of course that took a lot more time for them to wrap them and then they ended up breaking one of the bottoms and didn't tell us about it. The movers themselves, the guys were fine, I had no problems with the guys at all. But they did break a very small, inexpensive table, I wasn't upset over it. The movers were good, their boss not ...

The guys that actually did the moving were fine, but their boss was terrible. He kept calling them on the phone rushing them, kept telling them to hurry up. And then he got upset because he couldn't get a hold of my supervisor for payment at 10:00 at night. The guys were still moving and my boss was like, "When they get through with the job then I'll pay them." He was like, "I'll have all my guys take the stuff off the truck and put it back right now." My move was picture perfect

My experience was very good. Well I needed to get something picked up on the way, they did that. They did cost me because instead of starting at my residence, it started at my pick-up place but that was my choice because I need it to that thing picked-up. They were accommodating to me, they were prompt and they were professional. They move quickly, they did everything thoroughly. They look like they know what they were doing. Moving is not reasonable. I paid more than what was quoted. It did take longer than I presumed it would more or less. Everybody else I talk to told how long it would take and that's what it took. They were accurate. This is my first experience with the moving company, I felt very comfortable with them because I am a single women and my first time using the movers and I was very comfortable with them, they did everything, they moved everything and even come back, I said "can you help put a sheet on my mattress before you leave". They put mattress up while I put the sheet. That was nice - the bed sheet. Well, they picked up for me in Spartanburg with a 49 inches projection TV unboxed and they were perfectly intact and I guess blankets whatever, but they moved in perfect picture. Read more

They arrived when they said they would. They were very careful and respectful with our profiting. They were very quick in the job, therefore saving us money and time. All moving is expensive and more expensive if you do it yourself. As far as the price is concerned it was reasonable. They didn't sit around. They did their job very quickly and very professionally.
