We didn't want their services because ...

They told us it was going to be $150. They didn't tell us the minimum was two hours. We only needed them to move our bedroom set and some furniture. We were moving everything else ourselves. They told us a $50 deposit, which we never got back by the way because we cancelled them because we told them we didn't want their services because they lied to us. They told us it was going to be $150 and never told us it was going to be minimum two hours. My husband ended up firing them and moved the furniture himself, which is very hard on him because he's a disabled vet. Read more

I was overcharged and they broke my ...

I was charged for seven hours and the entire job ... Was only five. So that was an extra $300. I didn't know about a fuel fee and also I had a mirror that was broken, completely shattered and it still hasn't gotten fixed. Read more

Worst company ever!!!

The two movers arrived almost 2 hours late and the first thing they said is that my move will take a while because I am on the 3rd floor. When they said it would take a while I assumed they meant an extra hour, boy was I wrong. They spent close to 7 hours moving a 2 bedroom apartment that was fully packed and ready to go. The only reason it only took 7 hours is because I began running my stuff up and down the stairs. I was making 2 trips for every one of theirs. While in the middle of the move both of the movers would stop working to play on their phones everytime I turned my back. Both drivers also took it upon themselves to take a 20 min bathroom break and while one was on break the other one took one as well. Then about 3 hours in the driver disappeared to fill out his driving logs for the day because "its a federal law" even though driving logs are supposed to be completed once the driver starts the day, makes a stop, and ends the day, not in the middle of a move. They also scuffed every piece of wood furniture that I had and were not paying any attention to boxes that were labeled fragile. Then in the end the drivers still expected a tip and just hung around until I gave them one. So far I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone in the office. I will also be reporting them to the BBB and the AMSA for a serious ethics violations. Read more

It went real good. They picked it up, stored it for a couple of weeks, and then brought it to Georgia for us. Then set everything back up, they did a real good job. They came on a Saturday to give me an estimate. The people that came to pick up the stuff were wonderful. All of them. They sent three people to take care of picking up the stuff--they were good.
