Your guys were really great. Positive attitude, hard working and went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. My aunt had been living in this apartment for 51 years and was struggling with the changes and the packing. The guys were very supportive and tried to make it as easy as possible for her. They also rolled with the very steep stairwell with very skinny threads. I've got to say that my legs are just beginning to feel better 3 days later. Excellent Service

They were quick and efficient. Got the job done in a timely fashion. Great packing, no damages. I've used this company multiple times for short and long distance moves. Terrable Move, Worst Customer Service ...

They have pickup on FEB 18th. Expected Delivery Date was FEB 25 or 26th. My moving distance in only 750 Miles. Based on conditions it will be 1 - 7 days maximum. means My March 4th. Today is Mar 16th still have not got the Delivery and the Customer support is very Bad. They not even confirming the Date. They are saying that Driver will call 1 day before. Every one has work to do. If they are not giving exact date for delivery its hard to arrange Day off or WFH. Because of this much delay also no compensation to customers. I never recommend this to anyone. While licking up language also not careful. I am not sure even how the insurance work with them. For move it self very bad customer support. Read more
