belligerent driver, damage to home

Do not use this company, which also goes by Cross Country Movers! The driver threatened to leave with the rest of our stuff every time we would take pictures of damaged items or the large scratches they put in our new hardwood floor. We paid for reassembly of furniture but the driver went to leave without reassembling any furniture without even telling us he was going. We ran out and caught him getting into his truck and he nearly slammed my wife and infant in his truck door in his haste to get away. After multiple complaints and them trying to appease us with $150, even though they ruined our floor, furniture and nearly physically harmed my new baby, they have since said that nothing will be offered as compensation. Despite multiple calls and letters, they will not even tell me the name of the truck driver, who also refused to give his name when he was on site. This all occurred after waiting for more than one month in an empty home with a baby before the furniture ever arrived. Do not use ALL USA Van Lines or Cross Country Movers!!!! Read more

Could have been better

We were recommended All USA Van Lines by a distant relative of ours and we decided to book them for the coming week. .I had a rough idea about the stuff that had to be moved that included a bed + frame, night stand, chair, big dresser, and 2 heavy boxes. We were moving from my bedroom on the second floor to the 4th floor into our new apartment! On the day of the move 3 well built guys came up and did give a spot on estimate and the range quote price came between $500 and $600, My only grievance was that I had to repeat my instructions time and again as the movers were not that good with english which really gave me a tough time otherwise they were good.with their work. They deserve having business

We used All US Van Lines for our relocation for a short move within the City. I did my preliminary investigation and called them without any hesitation to make a booking. The team of 3 were prompt, and truel professionals . I would like to comment that the movers appeared to be quick and were determined with their work. I observed that the guys were a honest bunch of movers and I think they were still capable and came out to be better at the end of the move if I have to compare them with other moving companies.
