Unprofessional, Inattentive,
Finding All-Some Movers on Angie's List I was under the impression they have a strong business model, but I quickly realized that is not the case. After what seemed like a quick and smooth move from our apartment to new home by 3 nice men who seemed to know what they were doing, it felt like the move had gone without a hitch. As we began verifying all of our belongings were still intact we found that we had one broken picture frame (from a matching set that cannot be replaced individually) and more importantly the bottom horizontal support on the front of our 6 drawer dresser had been broken in half. This broken support caused the entire dresser to fall to one side cracking every other connection and ripping the backing off because of the stress put on the nails. I reached out to All-Some Movers who seemed genuinely concerned so I again felt confident that they had the customer's best interest in mind and would handle this professionally. I've called every week since and each time I am fed the same excuse about how they are waiting to hear back from their "wood guy" for scheduling because they aren't available when I am (I have a typical, steady work schedule). As someone with lots of experience in different industries handling issues and working to ensure the customer is taken care of I am tremendously offended at the lack of effort put into correcting this problem. Even if the dresser can be fixed (it cannot, but I'm sure they'll attempt to bandage it assuming I do not know what they are trying to accomplish) and the picture frame (which they won't be able to make seamless again even if they can custom cut a replacement for the glass front that was broken) it has been over a month and I'm still waiting. It is terribly unprofessional to damage a customer’s furniture and then expect them to wait around for over month for your convenience. I believe my inconvenience not having the dresser available for use because it was damaged by your company (who's services I also paid my hard earned money for) is a bit more important than the company's convenience. This isn't about the customer being right, this is simply a company that broke the customer's belongings and is dragging out any hope of fixing their mistake. I have moved from Beaumont to Houston. It was fine. He gave me an estimate. He did a good job. The staff was on time and delivery of my items was done on time. Yes, I would recommend them to my friends and family who will move in the future. The estimate was alright. They were reasonably priced. They were good.

An excellently executed move
I was very much anxious about my move but it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. This company is very accomodative and flexible especially in estimates calculation. I opted for hourly rates and there was quite a lot of my stuff for packing. It took them one hour more than the estimated time but they didn't complain. I am very much impressed with their flexible pricing, terms and conditions. I would definitely like to recommend them to my friends and family for any of their future moves.
