Delivery was Horrible Experience

After 18 cross country move ins this was the absolutely the worst of the worst. 1st they didn't bring enough covering for the floor and what they laid down they immediately set boxes on the covering. They didn't listen and couldn't read or follow directions. I.e. please don't block the closets. Items marked bedroom go in bedroom not kitchen. Dont stack China boxes on smaller boxes marked fragile.there was no organization or care, just dropped it where ever. I had stuff falling over because they stacked a large box on top of a small box and then a heavy box on top.. I had to ask them to use a dolly instead of one person bringing one box up the elevator at a time. Every box was brought out of crate and set on the snow and salt. As a result all that was tracked in and thank God we didn't have carpet as their work boots tracked in snow ice and salt. The hoa had a fit over the mess they made in the common area which I had to clean up. They couldn't stay out of my bathroom. One was in there for over half an hour and it was a mess when they left. They didn't clean up all the packing. Their idea of reassembly was one turn of the screw and call it good. They wanted to go at 5 with unpacking and assembly left to do. And we need to hurry up and do paper work. I would have noted all this but I just wanted them, their wet drippy boots and boom box out of my house. Allied on the NM end was an A+. It took 2 guys 5 hours to pack, wrap and pack the crates. Perfectly marked, and were professionals. The ones on the Anchorage end had no idea of the word professionalism. They could care less. The questions below should be broken into 2 sections beginning and end Read more
