This company is a fraudulent company - ...

This company doubled the cost of my estimate - which I understand there could have been an increase if I miscalculated, but double the price?? Fine, I paid it. They packed up the contents of my house with 3 movers, however when the van arrived to deliver our furniture, they sent just one man, forcing my husband who suffered from advanced liver disease and an inguinal hernia to have to help unload, as the driver kept saying he was behind and had to leave as soon as possible. When the driver backed up to get closer to the house, he backed into our car port, which pushed it into our home, damaging the vinyl siding as well as the car port. I immediately reported this and was told I could file a claim and they would pay damages. Needless to say, their insurance company denied the claim so I opened a complaint with the Transportation Arbitration Board, who ruled in my favor for $4,000. The company agreed to abide by the decision, but did not pay me. I filed with the BBB, they responded they were just waiting to get an approval and the check would be sent in 7-10 days. I filed with the Attorney General in Washington State, I'm filing with the small claims court as well. I opened a complaint with FMCSA as well. Companies like this continue to defraud consumers, yet no one takes action against them - the onus is on the consumer to invest enormous amounts of time and energy to fight for their own rights. It's disgraceful - but I have made it my mission to keep writing about this company and urge other innocent consumers to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Read more

A small move from Mass to Florida went ...

I booked my move only about a week before I had to vacate my apartment in Boston and Edwin was very accommodating with helping me prepare and choose the right time that worked for both me and the movers. On the day of the move, movers showed up on time, wrapped all my furniture in special covers and loaded everything in their truck in the matter of a couple hours. A week and a half later when I made my way to Florida a larger truck brought my things, and again movers unwrapped my belongings and assembled my bed. Everything arrived safely and that's what mattered most to me, so I will definitely call these guys when I need to move again. Read more
