They were good but they didn't have ...

I'm not going to call them back. I have to move from my storage to my house. The gentlemen were really nice and they were good but they didn't have the right information. They didn't know where they were going and I think they got lost getting to my old house. They were like 2 hours late and they ended up not having enough gas. We had to give them gas money and all that kind of stuff. They took it off the bill and that was fine but I just felt they weren't prepared well enough by their dispatcher. They did not pack anything I had everything packed, they wrapped everything though. There was a hole put in one wall. It's a rough area getting out of my basement to my upstairs and I guess trying to make the turn with the big sofa one of the legs went through the wall. They took money off so I could get that fixed also. Read more

Very easy to deal with

Just had Aloha Moving move me . They were fast and yet extremely careful with my belongings. It ended up costing a little less than the estimate, cool! The crew: Olivier, AJ and Adam were professional yet very friendly and helpful. I'd call them again any time I need something moved. Read more

They did a lot of damage

The move was not so good and they did a lot of damage to the furniture before they got it here. They moved me from my storage unit to my house and in regards to that they were very nice, they were very polite, and they seemed to work hard. I think when they packed it in the truck they fouled up and they got several pieces of furniture scratched up bad. I put a claim in, I haven't heard from them yet. Read more

Their price was cheaper, that's why I hired them. A couple of the other companies had a flat fee, but they were by the hour. I'd be happy to recommend them, they took care of everything. Read more

Movers were very slow and took too ...

It was not good because when we hired them there were three people for three hours but they were very, very slow. It was agreed that it would take three hours. There were three of them, my husband and I, and two of our friends. There were seven of us. We have a two bedroom apartment and it was almost completed in five hours. Our house is on the 4th floor so we were trying to keep everything near the elevator. They were not efficient and smart enough to pick things up in a proper way. A lamp was broken and some wear and tear here and there. We did not really have a very good experience. And they just dumped things on the first floor of our new home. Read more

They were nice, they were polite, and ...

It went pretty well. They were nice, they were polite, and they worked hard. They guys did a nice job. We did all the packing ourselves they just disassembled bedding and some mirrors. I think we got done a little early so it may have been a little less than what was originally estimated. Read more

Overall it went well

The move went well, it took a little longer then we thought but overall it went well. The only issue we had was at the end when the gentlemen gave us the price it was actually $100 more than it should've been. I called back to the office they gave me the price and it was a $100 less so I'm not really sure what was going on there. But I contacted the movers directly and explained the situation and it was settled right away. Read more

They put heavy boxes on top of light ...

They showed up an hour late. We called them they said they were like five minutes down the road and it still took them an hour to get there. Then when they loaded my stuff into my storage unit, which I am unpacking now, a lot of my stuff got destroyed. They put heavy boxes on top of light boxes, they didn't care how they tossed everything in. Things were broken on my TV, my dresser was damaged, a lot of personal items were broke. Also one relived himself in front of a camera at my storage unit. Read more
