Total NIGHTMARE
I wish I would of took the time to look into this company before using them! There are multiple complaints!! They are the worst company I have EVER worked with. They quoted us $1200 to move our things from California to AZ and ended up charging us triple that $3600. We were supposed to receive our things Thursday never got there it hadn't even been loaded again called multiple times no one could give us an answer on when our things would arrive,finally they said Sunday Monday,we again called multiple times and again they said our things had not left California now it's for the following Wednesday. Complete nightmare they will quote you a low price to lock you in once the movers arrive they slap you with additional charges that you are not expecting and leave you with no other choice but to use their terrible services. When the movers arrived they made us sign a bunch of blank papers with out totals and then they rack the "total" up and you get screwed over because _"you signed the contract" they are extremely misleading rude and tell you you should of read the contract before signing -They don't care about the customer avoid yourself a looonggggg nightmare

They are frauds! They charged my card ...
The worst company ever! They charged me for an order I did not confirm! Just because they have my credit card information!! You can't talk to anyone in the company except for the same two women in the customer service! They don't have any information regarding anything. And they said they won't refund me either! They don't have a website or any proper procedures! Never choose them! They are frauds!!! They literally said they can't refund me even though I did not give them a conformation or sign their document. They didn't confirm the move date or delivery dates! And the driver directly calls me! Even though I specifically told them not to charge my card! Utter frauds!!! They hang up on me!!! Any number you call connects me to customer support!! And they hang up on me!!! Everytime! 8 times today!!

Shut these liars down
They won't get you your things on time it takes the full 30 days they lie about everything they say from the first hello. Hidden fees and charges every time I turned around they broke my furntire and custom framed art and they didn't deliver all my things. Can't get a reply, won't locate my missing boxes, lied about delivery date 5 different times. Can't seem to find my missing boxes and won't email or call me back. Won't take your stuff off the truck after they hold it hostage for a month until you pay cash or money order. No integrity. No professionalism. I have asked for the owner info over and over they won't give it to me. I asked for management 3 times and finally got told by the same person they were the manger all the sudden. I have moved and never experienced such assholes in my life. I will have thrlis company shut down AGAIN. They have had to change company names at least 3 times to get around the BBB and the DOT. But the gig is up. Liars never prosper.

The estimate was more than anticipated.
They were prompt, quick, and delivery was efficient and smooth. They took care of everything well. I don't have any complaints. They did ask for a tip, which I was going to give them anyway. But them pointing it out wasn't the greatest thing.

AWFUL MOVING COMPANY
This company has awful customer service and is a total scam. They not only charged me $400 more than what I was quoted, they have blatantly lied to me 5 times about my delivery date. Furthermore, they have changed their company name in order to get away from all the terrible reviews they used to have. STAY AWAY
