Worst moving company ever!!!

These people hired packers who did not show on the day my stuff was suppose to be packed. They didn't show up, and then the next day they didn't show up until 2pm with only one packer. They had no supplies and had no truck. Workers from another move down the road had to go rent a uhaul truck, and then help pack my house. Everything was packed in random boxes, mislabeled, and packed incorrectly. Calling Alumni for problems seemed to do nothing but cause more problems. My stuff was in a truck, unlocked for over a week until it was picked up by the driver. I was promised a delivery date, and when that date came, nobody showed up and the move was delayed. Once my truck of stuff and the movers showed up they demanded money to continue unpacking my stuff after 4 hours. I would not recommend this company to anybody. There is a lot more things that went wrong, but then this review would last a lifetime. Read more
