Do NOT hire this company!!!!!!!!!

Do not ever hire this company for anything. I moved from NY to CA with them. The sale person on the phone assured that they were professional and tricked me to put a deposit because he said the price might change, and the only way to reserve with them is putting a deposit. I should have hanged up at that point. The price was doubled at the time when they showed on the moving day. I agreed to pay the price and thought that as long as they could move all my stuff to CA, I am okay with the price, but the worst part came when they delivered. They only accept cash when deliver and refused to unload before get the cash. After they unload, I found we have two boxes and one rug missing from them. The guy cannot give any answer to those. I called the moving guy several times, and they cannot give me answer as well. The two boxes apparently the most expensive boxes among all boxes. I don't know where they could lose them! I asked for evidence (the guy said there were camera in warehouse, but he refused to give me video), but they can provide none. The reason they gave to me was that some boxes might be mixed with other shipment, but those are THEIR FAULT, and they refused to do anything about it.
