I moved in from out of state

I moved in from out of state and hired AMB Moving and Storage, to unload once I arrived. These guys were great. Moving is so stressful, but their kindness and effort put me at ease. They were constantly in contact with me, leading up to the day of my arrival. They even were able to show up early, to avoid some incoming rain. It was just a great experience. Read more

This is the second time

This is the second time in a year I have used AMB Moving and Storage and will ONLY use them in the future. This time, I had Robert and Patrick, and they were both awesome. It was so hot, and neither of them showed their exhaustion, or if they were miserable. Instead, they hustled and packed everything perfectly, insisting even the small things I was going to put in my car should go on the truck. My only complaint, and it is small, is I had to call the office and have shrink wrap brought over so the guys could wrap my couches because it was not readily available to the movers. But, Paolo also hustled and within 20 minutes, the shrink wrap was brought to them, problem solved! Great movers! Read more

Hired this company to help

Hired this company to help with my mother's 2 part move to storage and a local memory care. They sent out 3 men Irma, Ramon and Daniel. Guys couldn't have been more patient, polite, and knowledgeable. They effortlessly moved my mother's antique Chippendale grandfather clock, which is a family heirloom, to storage as well as many other extremely fragile items. Overall a wonderful experience. Very bad and shitty Tony and Sammy

I signed contract for 3400$. Pack and move. 2 rooms to pack. Watched 4 workers take there time. 6 hours 4 people to pack 2 rooms and 3 cabinets. Watched 2 men stand around chit chatting while 2 packed 1 coffee cup at a time. 2 hours to pack 5 boxes. Unbelievable. Would have cost me almost 6 grand by time all said and done. Because they did not honor the contract. They got there money over half of my belongings were not moved I lost over 3grand in belongings. Whole salon equipment,dressers,flat screens. I lost all of it because they wanted twice amount agreement we had. If you agree on a price,when it’s time to move everything you will be notified that they want more money. I’ve never been taken advantage of as much as I was w this business. I was told there would be 200$ refund on my card for inconvenience. Never happened. I feel guilty for making negative review. I’ve never been taken advantage of this much. They know your vulnerability due to you need your belongings so pay or loose them. 3grand later. 60% my personal property is lost. I’ve never cried so hard. They got there money guess that’s all that matters! Unbelievable Read more

The absolute best moving experience!!

I want to preface my review with a little background. I’ve been a traveling nurse for 8+ years and have spent a lot of time moving for work and chasing my step kids up and down the East Coast. We’ve moved Innumerable times and I’ve absolutely hated each and every experience…except for this final one! Robert absolutely saved the day more than once for us! We were beyond stressed with packing,space concerns and logistical crises but Robert was able to smooth out every wrinkle. He helped us find the perfect storage space (much more accessible and waaaay cheaper),organized and sorted our chaos I. What seemed like the blink of an eye and had his wonderful crew load our entire 3300+ sqft hours into the truck in about 3 hours. He was knowledgeable,kind,courteous,warm and flexible definitely unlike any other moving company we’ve ever dealt with before. I could go on for days about how pleased we are,but I won’t. I’ll just leave this review with this final statement. PULL THE TRIGGER AND BOOK WITH AMB. Life is hard enough without the stress of moving,let Robert handle this other wise terrible process so you can focus on living/your family/anything else.
