They were supposed to arrive between eight and ten, they did not get there until 12:00. Then I was moving my stuff into my storage unit and we weren't able to get everything and they just left it sitting there out and I had to deal with it. So I wasn't very happy about that. Read more

Lousy!

They were lousy. They weren't honest, they pulled every trick in the book on us and I'm glad the move is over. They gouged us very badly. They left a cupboard full of dishes and they knew they were there, and then they demanded cash on delivery.. they wouldn't take a check, they wouldn't take a credit card. I had to go to the bank and drain every account I had to get cash for them. I would say they were pretty lousy. Read more

They broke my grandmother's table

I'm not really all that satisfied with them. It took them forever to get out here and then they broke my grandmother's antique table. They should be a little more up front about how long it would take to get your stuff from the beginning. We didn't find out that it was going to be up to 18 days until after we paid a deposit. Every time I called to find out when they thought our stuff would be here, all they could say was they don't know. They need a little bit more organization. It would have been nice to know an estimate of when they were going to be here so we could have planned a little better. Read more

I wasn't told in the beginning that it could be 7 to 10 days after my available date that it would be delivered. I thought it would be delivered that day. Not that it would have made a difference, but it would have been nice to know that up front. Read more

Excellent staff and quick delivery

The time-frame of the delivery was good and they were on-time delivering my items. The staff was excellent and professional their price was good. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Read more

Didn't have the proper equipment and ...

I got all my stuff and I got it on-time but there were some issues like they didn't put everything together the way they were supposed to. My bed was falling apart, I had to pull it apart myself and figure it out and the same thing with my daughter's bed. They didn't have the proper equipment to be able to get stuff in and out of the house without have to struggle so there were little dings on things like the piano. Then they said they got the piano cost and it was clearly on the sheet, but when they got there they said they didn't know about the piano and they forgot to add extra charges for the piano and they didn't have the proper equipment to move a piano with them, so there were some issues. Overall, I got my stuff but there were some frustrations. The crew was very nice, I have no complaints about them. I haven't had a chance to talk with the company since the move, I haven't had a chance to do anything except trying to get myself together in my new location, so I haven't called them to say anything about that or any of the other issues. My advice to future customers is to just check to make sure they have the equipment they're going to need in order to move your stuff. Read more

Overall, it was very good. Their prices were competitive and it wasn't the most expensive, but it was close. I would probably use them again and recommend them to other people. It was just moving furniture and there wasn't any packing or unpacking to be done. They did a good job. Read more

Worst experience ever

They are the worst people on earth. Don't ever do business with them. Don't recommend them and they shouldn't be on your list. They showed up two-and-half hours late. They showed up with truck that was too small. It didn't carry half of my stuff. The $1400 bill turned out to be $3000 which is more than a full price bill. They wrapped stuff with blanket and tape and called it crating and charged me 60 bucks every time they did that. They were absolutely disrespectful for me, my wife, my family and they broke multiple things in my house. I am so close to suing them. It isn't funny. If you got whatever the lowest rating you have - if you can double that in the negative. Put down is what I think of them. My advice for them - don't show up in a truck that is half the size for the inventory. And, if you do show up in a truck, tell them not to show up with their personal crap all taking 25 percent of the space on the truck. They showed up with their stuff inside the truck already. The truck was half the size too small. Any way I had to rent two U-hauls after they left to move my stuff that they should've moved. Read more

Fast and effecient service

They were quick, effecient. I would say I was satisfied with everything that they have done. They make sure everything was wrapped up as far as glassware and electronics. They were just really effecient. I was really surprised to tell how quick they got everything done but also how efficient they were by keeping it all my belongings from getting damaged. I think the pricing was pretty good. I priced several companies before I decided to go with them. There was one cheaper than them but overall I think they were pretty good price. Horrible experience

At the time I received the quote we had an agreement and on the moving day, they broke the agreement by charging me $300 more. They came to my place complaining about not having enough people. When they started moving my things, they laid my mattress and other things on the ground without even covering them. At the destination they started complaining and didn't even hook up everything. Lazy movers and they worked very slowly

The movers gave me a quote for 3-4 hours, but they made it up to 7 hours, which increased my charges. They also arrived late on the moving date and worked very slowly, which resulted in wasting of hours. I am unhappy with the lazy movers and they were not at all caring about our satisfaction. The movers broke my dining room table and lost one of the six chairs. They broke my antique mahogany secretary desk in half. They lied to me and subcontracted the move to another company. The delivery of my items was done in two trips in a U-Haul truck, not in a big moving truck as promised. Read more
