American Choice Van Lines were courteous, professional and showed up on time. They wrapped all the furniture in plastic wrap and dissembled the larger furnitures for ease of moving. They are fast and careful. Had no problem using the movers deal and paused the clock for lunchtime. I think last time we moved, the movers didn't do that! Missing and Broken Items, DO NOT USE ...

Absolute lack of professionalism all around. Pickup went fine, but then we waited 14 days from the first available delivery date with very little communication about when our belongings would arrive. Attempting to confirm a delivery date was met with unprofessionalism and rudeness - when they finally did call and gave us a "1-4 day" window, I tried to confirm with the rep the final total, because they require that you pay the remaining amount with a money order. She put me on hold, and then came back and said "oh I was just talking to an annoying lady, what did you want?" and acted like she didn't know who I was even though we had been talking for several minutes and over the span of several calls. It's the middle of a pandemic, and considering my items were delivered at 10PM, there would have been no possible way I could get a money order at 10PM if they tried to change the total or add additional fees a the last minute, When it was delivered, we were not given 24 hours notice as their policy states , and what notice we received was inaccurate. They called at 4PM and said it would be about 3 hours until they arrived and arrived at 10PM. Most importantly, our TV is missing and the delivery driver could not account for it. They did not complete any review of the inventory at all, so we may be missing more boxes than we realize at this point. Several of our boxes are crushed, destroyed, and appear to have been gone through. Only time will tell what else is missing or broken. When attempting to contact the company to file a claim, their claims extension just rings indefinitely, no one ever answers and there is no voicemail. Attempting to call other lines just routes back to the main menu and I can never speak to a human. The phone system references a website that doesn't exist. I have sent an email and am awaiting a response in regards to my missing and damaged items. Read more

Moving is never an easy task and when you're moving solo, often times your mind is all over the place. These guys made the move the easiest part of the process.
