AVOID

The move happened promptly, but as I had yet to secure an address, I needed them to store my goods. Once I got an address, I gave it to them, and then waited for FOUR WEEKS as they dragged their heels in getting my stuff out of the warehouse in Victorville and up to Oakland. Four weeks in a hotel, $4500 out of my pocket, and I have found no recourse. Making claims for damaged items is easy, trying to convince anyone that being stuck without your furniture and etc for weeks costs ACTUAL MONEY seems to be near impossible. So sure, if you don't mind being hung out to dry for weeks as they promise to get to your stuff in a few days, then sure, go with these guys, or get stuck with them from some other shady moving broker from all the way across the country. Bad Move

I would not recommend this company to a blind dog. These people were hands on before my move. After they delivered my stuff I can't hear anything from them. I have called numerous times but to no avail. I have talked to Ashley, Autumn and Elijah. Each of them have said they will call me back. I'm still waiting. I told them I am missing a shopping cart, a tool box and the glass to my TV stand. They tell me to check the big boxes. All of the boxes are empty. Where are my items? The moving van would not fit into my apartment complex so I had to pay 350.00 extra for them to get a Haul to deliver my items. Read more
