Apex van lines is a great company, we highly recommend. We used them to move from Chicago, IL to Miami, Fl And they did a great job. Movers are excellent and customer service is very good. Not someone I'd want to do business ...

It was terrible. I booked the company and initially they said the price we agreed upon was $1000. They'd come in the very next day and move the stuff but that didn't happen. They came a day later and I had to call them. They were four or five hours late. Read more

Pickup was smooth and uneventful.

In general, the pickup was pretty smooth and it was relatively uneventful. The drop-off I don't really have a lot of feedback for that yet because it has't happened yet. Read more

They were late and the price was way ...

They were supposed to come on Thursday the 30th and they must have overbooked themselves. And I had to have them come the 30th because I had to be out and I had a plane to catch in the morning on the 31st. So they had to come at 2 o'clock in the morning. [The price was] way off. Honest movers

I moved from skokie to AZ my rep was a sweet young lady buy the name of Nina.. She went over the inventory to make sure everything was accurate . She also advised me to give her a call three days prior to the move to make sure the inventory does not exceed as well as the price, her customer services and knowledge about the moving industry is great . It was too bad because of my table. They lost my table. I have applied for a replacement or to reimburse my money, but it's still pending. They still have not found my table in their warehouse in Illinois. They are not model workers. I am very disappointed. Read more

I will start of by saying, I am a very hard person to impress! Not only am I sometimes difficult but the day of moving I was very cranky and just downright not talkative. I will be honest, when the movers first showed up, I thought this will take this group of guys five hours to complete my move. I was very surprised by how fast they were and how nice. Honest movers

I moved from Chicago to California , my represatitve was Nina. WOW DOES SHE LOVE WHAT SHE DOES!!! As I was going through my Inventory list with Nina at the end she asked if she can go through her list just so I do not forget any items. NOW THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES. Nina also did advise I would have a better idea on the exact estimate of boxes 5 days prior to the move. SHE WAS RIGHT!!!! The movers were fast, polite and very honest. Alex was such a gentleman not only did he specify that I had more inventory than what I stated with Nina , he also gave me a 100 dollar coupon so I can stay with in my budget !! I must say this was a very honest moving company from the beginning to the end. I give this company a 10 for their honesty.!! Read more

Apex van lines is a great company! they quoted me a reasonable price for the amount of stuff I had and delivered it to me in a jiff! I was nervous about moving my fragile items from Chicago all the way to California but they insured me it would be wrapped heavily. They even packed my dog chesters porcelain bowls in a thick bubble wrap. Overall great service and my items were delivered on the exact day they initially told me! Thanks apex van lines! It's rare that I take the time to write a review, but if anyone deserves a recommendation, it's these Safe, Responsible Movers. Alex and his team have moved me a total of 2 times now and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Each team member knows how to be useful on their own or with a partner to where not a minute of time is wasted. Small, quirky, windy building? Not a problem - these guys bring the tools and patience needed to make it work. They are professional, polite, hardworking, diligent, and fast. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of move - trust me, I've tested them, and I don't give out my "stamp" freely! Tips: they take cash, or money orders... The movers were great they were very helpful , the guy that delivered the stuff was very very helpful on telling us how and where to store it things so they didn't break, everybody on the phone before we got it was very helpful and answered a bunch of our questions, took about a half hour to answer my questions, they were great. We actually got the order exactly on time, and we really appreciate keeping our stuff in Chicago for some months since we didn't have an address. They included that in the price. That was the minimum price we got actually from different companies. They were perfect, very nice. The estimate was first close to $1000, but the stuff was not that much, so they reduced that to $900. Read more
