DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY

Despite our initial agreement,the experience was marred by several issues that resulted in significant delays and additional costs. Initially,the moving team arrived at our home in Yukon instead of the designated storage unit in Edmond. Furthermore,the team consisted of an older man and woman,which seemed inadequate for a 3-bedroom home move. We had packed most of our belongings,but the team's pace was slow,with frequent breaks,including multiple smoke breaks in the U-Haul. Given the hourly rate of $139,I was expecting a more efficient and professional service. After five hours,we decided to go to the new house,as the progress was unsatisfactory. Notably,your company had assured us that you would disassemble and reassemble furniture,including couches and beds. However,this was not done,and we were left to complete these tasks ourselves. They did our the master bed together BACKWARDS. We had paid a deposit of $154 and an additional $600 on the day of the move. However,the service provided did not meet our expectations. When we brought this to your attention,you offered to deduct only one hour from the total bill as compensation. You sent the same man out to move our storage but this time with a young man. The young man was great and they got the entire storage unit loaded,unloaded and a bed put together in 2.5 hours. Thatâ??s when he took off the one hour. Do not use Apple Movers, Randy fields ...

I would strongly recommend not using these guys. The movers themselves were great but Randy Fields of Yukon Oklahoma is dishonest. They charged me twice for the move and gave me the runaround on a refund which I still have not received. The move took place in January. I have been given every excuse in the book. Refunds been made, check has been mailed from Atlanta, refund made to wrong account, etc. Read more

TERRIBLE!!!

When we moved from Lawton, we used this company, which seems to have rave reviews. Well, one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Lost count of the number of broken items. Then the topper, my husband's anniversary gift--a Roomba vacuum cleaner that cost $700--was mysteriously missing. Could go on and on... DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! Read more
