Absolutely Screwed

I hired Atlantis by their Bid for service. They were late 2 days which caused me to be late moving out and the new people moving in. I ended up paying more than double for what they had quoted me they never ever delivered my stuff during the 21 days and then it came in 2 different shipments an equals 1/3 of my belongings. What they did deliver ended up being broken, Molded and All my bins had been gone through with things taken out and missing. WORST COMPANY EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER. They picked up our stuff 77 days ago! It still has not been delivered! Not once have they ever proactively contacted me,I've had to call and email them OVER AND OVER with NO IDEA where my stuff was or when it would be delivered. On the RARE occasion you can get through to anyone they make empty promises,such as promising to compensate $30/day for each business day past the 21 business days they're supposed to deliver within. They finally called today to say our stuff would be delivered,which would equate to a $900 discount. They offered $250! My husband argued them down to $500. What else can we do but pay it? We NEED our STUFF. BUT,they're STILL not delivering! They're literally an hour away,withholding our stuff because they now demand cash,when we've paid with a card for our other payments to them with no issues. Without a local bank,at 5pm on a Friday before a 3 day weekend,we're screwed. They DO NOT care about their customers,or their belongings,only about taking as much money as they can from you. Read more
