Horrible experience
I know that she didn't like the guy who picked her car up. He was rude to her. He brought the car to Florida for her. He actually scraped the bumper on the ground because he didn't had a lift up and all. I know he was swearing stuff on the phone because he couldn't find the place. When he first want to go, pick the car up and he was getting mad at her and I had to deal with him because he had no idea where he was when he was going to pick the car up. It was a horrible experience. Their prices were one of the highest. It was short notice thing so I suppose the reason why. I just want to go with whoever that was who helped us though.

The service was on time, and they did everything in an organized way. They were very careful with my car, and I didn't come across any damages or scratches. The company is good at their service
It was a pretty normal moving experience with this company. The driver and the crew were not from the same company. The move and the pickup of my car was good, but the only thing is that the driver did not show up on time. The driver was very late, which resulted in them reaching the home at 9.30 at night. Anyhow, it is really good door-to-door service.

They delivered my car one week late
We recently moved our car from Washington to Ohio. The moving company told me that it won’t take more than one week to ship my car. But what actually happened was, they took a long time to ship my car to Ohio. It was about two weeks before I got my car. Apart from the late delivery, everything worked out right. But I feel that it’s the delay that actually spoiled my experience.

It has been an interesting experience!
If I had to move my vehicle again, I would probably do it myself with the help of a driver. But having said that, their service was good and I would say the same thing regarding their price, when compared to other moving companies. The guys were also professional.

Lying moving services
I had to move my motorcycle. So, when I placed a request online, they assured me that I would have to pay $450 and a deposit of $200 before the delivery. Lastly, they charged me an extra $200 on top of the quoted price. I am extremely unhappy with these movers and I would not recommend these lying moving services to anyone.

Not A Quality Service
I had to move my car and after going through six or seven different moving company quotes, I chose this one. I wanted the car to be delivered quickly without any damages, but they damaged my car and one of my music cables was stolen. Lastly, they charged me an extra $50 on top of the quoted price.

A disappointing move
They postponed the move date by a day and didn't even inform me. I tried to contact them but they wouldn't even return my deposit. Their customer service said they will get back but they wouldn't reply to any of my calls.

Excellent service from an excellent ...
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this auto moving company. The guy that I was in contact with throughout the duration of the move was very communicative and we were able to work out all of the details prior to the move.
