Damaged my Vehicle - Would Not ...

$1800 dollars damage to front and hood of car during transport from Blaine Wash to Tampa Florida, and I was never compensated for the damage they caused. They contracted the transport out to Transport Express. I found out that with Transport Express I was responsible for the first $2500.00 worth of damage before their insurance would kick in. Terrible customer service with Auto Transport 123 and they stopped all communication with me. Do not use these guys. Read more

It took a little longer

Everything went well. I wasn't there to pick it up because it took a little longer than what they told me it was gonna take. But other than that I think everything was ok. I had my friend pick up the car for me. It took a lot more than 10 days but I mean it wasn't really an issue for me cause I really didn't need the car so bad. I called them because I was gonna be in Florida for a little bit and I had to go to Puerto Rico so I called and said hey I'm about to leave and my cars not here yet. They said that it should be there tomorrow and it was a Monday. It wasn't there on Monday, it wasn't there on Tuesday, it wasn't there on Wednesday, it was actually there the following week. I wanted to be there to pick up my car and make sure that everything was straight but I had a friend picking up the car for me. I ended paying what they told me initially. Read more

I wouldn't use them again

The move itself went fine although I was very unhappy with the way it was done. They made some promises but then they came back and said they didn't have to keep and I that I found to be kinda not appropriate. They only reason with them is they tole me they could move what I'm trying to get moved the next day. Then they came back and said oh no we have 3 days and that was never part of the agreement. I felt that was wrong and then they tried to act like it was my fault. Bottom line is I wouldn't use them again. [The car] got there, it got there fine. Read more

They were very communicative

It was great, they were very good. They were very communicative through out the whole process. I had no dealings with the driver himself, he just picked up the car and dropped it off to the body shop and they paid him. The car was delivered on time and there was no damage done on their end. They were stalling me for a whole week

They were stalling me for a whole week, telling me we'll ship it right away but it was a whole week. I was kind of panicked because I thought they were going to take my money and leave me alone. They kept on telling me that they were gonna ship it soon, they kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow it'll be heading your way. They kept saying that for a week. I've been waiting for the auto ...

I booked with them about a month ago and my truck is still in Oregon, they haven't actually picked it up yet. They keep promising and promising that's it's gonna be done and that they're working on it. They had a truck driver supposedly get ready to pick it up but they never called me or emailed me any information. The truck driver supposedly cancelled last second. He told them that the person on the other end wasn't willing to meet the driver somewhere but the quote was to pick up the truck at their house. That never happened and they just keep telling me to be patient. How patient do I have to be, I've owned the truck for a month and a half and I've been waiting for the auto transport for a month. I'm not satisfied

It wasn't good actually. I requested a particular date, they said they had a driver ready to pick up my car on that date. Eventually after making the payment and giving the deposit, they said the driver is not available and it will take another two or three days. I was not here when the car was delivered so one of my friends got the car, but he didn't have a chance to inspect the car fully. It was snowing throughout that day and the car was fully covered with snow it seems. On the top of the car, it had a scratch and a dent. I told the driver before loading my car into the carrier there's a chance of my top getting hit, he placed my car on the bottom of the carrier. There was only a little gap between my car and the steel bar. I thought when he hits a speed bump there might be a chance to hit the top roof of my car. He promised me he has that experience and nothing will happen. But my top has two dents on the right and the side, and there's a scratch also on it. So I'm not satisfied. But actually that didn't happen. They asked me to take my vehicle to some parking lot and from there it was picked up. But other than that, I didn't have any problems. I would recommend them. Prompt service - received car earlier ...

It was great. They did a great job. It was earlier than expected. I had another company that was supposed to do it that blew me off. So I had to expedite it and it cost a few hundred bucks more because I had to leave Florida. They picked it up the next day. It was in Ohio earlier than expected. No issues, no anything, great review. They did provide all the services that I requested. I would just recommend the company in general, it is not a scam company like a majority of them are. They came and they got the job done. It cost me over $1,000 because I had to expedite it across the country but they did the job. They did exactly what they said they would do. I didn't get scammed like the other one tried to do. I was in Florida when they got the car dropped of. A buddy of mine picked it up. I have great reviews all around. Everything went well. They just took care of business. They did it on time. They had a great driver. Everything was smooth as it could be. Pricing was fine. I received everything regarding services. When the car was picked up, I was little nervous. The person I was buying it from called me and said don't worry about what they are doing. He said these guys are excellent. He said this driver will take care of your car. That is exactly how they did. They loaded it smoothly. They unloaded it smoothly. It wouldn't drive when I bought it. It wouldn't crank up.
