Totally unsatisfied with the move

The most important I wanted moved, they left here. They said they didn't have room on their truck for it. They said they were going to get in touch with me and that they'd be here last Monday, I haven't heard from them. So I took the thing and I sold it, I'll have to buy another one because I gave up on them. Also, in North Carolina they destroyed my driveway and they left two large boxes of stuff that's not mine. They were going to come get that too, but I haven't heard from them. All in all, I was totally unsatisfied with the operation. They worked very hard, I'll give them that. They were both Russian and had very strong accents, one guy spoke English very well, but his accent was so strong that most of the time I couldn't really understand. From what I understood talking to them, all of my stuff that they took apart they were going to put back together, they didn't put things back together either. I don't believe anything was broken though. My advice to future customers would be not to hire these guys. I'll never have somebody move me again who doesn't have the company name I called on the side of their truck. Read more
