This is the worst moving company I have ever hired,and I move every two years. The ran out of packing supplies half way through the move and caused thousands of dollars in damage as a result. They callously left our household effects (HHE) in the drive way of our new home,refusing to haul away their trash or reassemble furniture,which we had paid for. The crew seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. They ultimately billed our credit card without our knowledge for thousands more than their estimate. They repeatedly lied to us and even created a fake,positive review in our names!! Truly unbelievable. Read more

THE WORST COMPANY EVER

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK AND SPEND YOUR MONEY! THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE WORKERS THAT THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO PAY! I WORKED A JOB ON APRIL 17TH AND IM GOING ON A MONTH WITH NO PAYCHECK STILL. WILL (the manager) IS BY FAR THE WORST MANAGER IVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. I SEE WHY THEY CAN’T RETAIN QUALITY WORKERS! THEY WILL ASK YOU TO COME IN AT 7:30 TO COME WORK BUT WHAT THEY DON’T TELL YOU IS YOU ARE NOT BEING PAID UNTIL YOU GET TO THE JOB SITE,SO HOWEVER LONG YOU WORK IN THE WAREHOUSE BEFORE YOU GET TO THE JOB SITE IS FREE ON YOUR TIME. THEY ALSO DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ITEMS BEING LOADED UP OR TRANSPORTED! I HAVE HEARD SPECIFICALLY FROM WILL (the manager) AND I QUOTE “I DON’T REALLY CARE ABOUT THESE FOLKS SHIT,I JUST WANT THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THE BILL SO I HAVE TO LOOK LIKE I DO WHEN THEY CALL ME COMPLAINING” WHY WOULD YOU COME SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT A PLACE LIKE THIS?! Worst Moving Experience Ever

I would not recommend this moving company. Working with Best Deal Movers was the worst moving experience I've ever had for the following reasons: 1) they increased my rate at the last minute due to a change in the # of days it would take to perform the long-distance move when they knew 9 months ahead of time of my destination location. 2) The movers arrived an hour and a half late at the original location. 3) One of the movers they sent out was VERY unprofessional - flirting with the cleaning service professional, walking through the house talking to himself, cursing, and throwing boxes around. 4) Due to the truck not originally being packed right, I had to leave behind items because there was no space left to put it on the truck. To rectify this, they did end up repacking the truck once they got it to their storage facility - at my expense, but by that time, it was too late because I could no longer retrieve my items that were left behind. 5) The "managers" at the main office will completely ignore your calls and emails and lie and say that they are going to return your calls and won't. 6) A 15 inch hole was put in the wall due to a nightstand rolling off the dolly, down a flight of stairs and hit the wall at the base of the stairwell. However, the company did reimburse for the wall damage. But, the point, is that it never should've happened in the first place if the company had sent out all professional movers. Dealing with Best Deal Movers has been a horrific and traumatic experience. Moving is already stressful enough. They may give you a cheaper rate, but I would've gladly had paid more to a different company if I knew what I was going to endure in working with these people. The people in the main office have no sympathy if things go wrong with your move. This is the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Dishonest company

I regret using this moving company. They are very responsive when setting up the move and prior to collecting payment. There were some minor issues once the move took place - which would’ve been easily solved if this company would have responded to (1) of my (4) emails or (1) of my (3) phone calls. But instead - they ignored all of my communications. I was incorrectly charged for several items / services that were not completed. They wouldn’t even send me the final itemized invoice (after several requests). I I still have never heard back from them, so I had to dispute charge with my credit card company - hoping they would reach out to resolve this issue. Apparently they responded to my credit card company, but won’t respond to me. This company is either very disorganized or intentionally dishonest. Nonetheless- very unprofessional. Read more

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

DO NOT USE - not only did we had an awful move experience, when we flagged our concerns we got radio silence from the higher ups. During the move things got broken, there was a ton of stuff that was just left in the old location, THEY LEFT THEIR TRASH ALL THROUGHOUT THE OLD HOUSE, and the process was incredibly disorganized (they didn't label boxes so didn't know where to leave them in the new house). Missing Items

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! They advised us that they have all their employees screened yet we had multiple things stolen from us, including a brand new ipad that was bought for my wife. We made claims to them and now they won't even respond to anything related to these claims. There are other great movers out there, don't settle for second hand movers. Good service but should be more ...

They were really great. They helped us a lot. The price was also good. They charge approximately $135 for two hours. The crew were really good though. Even though they extended for five more minutes. They didn't asked for anything. I guess they were really great. Yes packing was done upto my satisfaction. They gave us some little boxes for carrying most fragile things. They gave us like different large boxes to carry on the sofa, and all those things. I don't want to give any advice for them. The only thing I wanted, they are not really accurate on the time set. They have to be more accurate on time. They are supposed to come at six pm and they are coming out at seven, seven thirty. It is like they have a bad schedule. Read more

They were definitely good. They were friendly guys who essentially did things carefully. Everything went smoothly. Pricewise, it definitely went up since the time we last had our move. So I think it was reasonable when compared to other companies. But the main highlight of their service was the way they maintained communication with us throughout the move. The last company that I used for moving, they were outstanding. Initially, there was another company that I contacted. The manager was very rude and refused to move my stuff at the end and walked away. I was left there on the day of the move without any kind of support. Then I found this wonderful moving company. They did their job on time. They were very courteous, competent, cooperative and respectful of the property. They didn’t damage or break anything. Courteous and Professional

I was expecting the quote to go over since they had to travel 90 miles; but instead they came under 2 hours. Needless to say I tipped them $50. They were courteous and professional; worked steady; and packed well. I moved from a 3 bedroom home into a 10x20 storage unit. They packed it well and were careful.
