Was suppose to move 07/25/17 they never showed. Texted them and they apologize for not showing the guys were gone for the day and forgot the work order. Horrible Company DO NOT USE Rip Off ...

I wish it were possible to give a business NO STARS, if that were possible, this so called business would get it. The manager and his sister are the alleged owners of this scam business. The problems started when no one came to physically inspect what the movers needed to pack, then the truck they brought to my home was too small, the price I was quoted was $400 more than what I'd ultimately be charged at the end of this deal. The movers took their time packing up my house and were super slow....it took 4 guys 7 hours to pack and they hadn't put anything on the truck. When the truck was finally loaded, the truck was still too small for the job, they left 2 room completely untouched. The movers left my old home and the pretended to not be able to find my new home for 1 hour (new place was only 20 mins away). They finally got there and the owner (Jeff) had called the driver to tell him to demand payment upon reaching my new house and if I didn't pay, they were not to unload the truck...they were to return the truck to Norfolk with all of my things in it. They arrived and demanded $1275 which was not what I was quoted 3 days earlier and was 400 more than the quote. I told Jeff that I wasn't quoted that price and wasn't paying it, I would pay what I was quoted, he told the driver to leave my house with my things. Jeff held my furniture hostage at his business for 4 days and refused to give it to me. I had to go to his establishment with my supervisor and he yelled screamed and told me that I was stupid because I didn't pay the $1275. He told me even if I payed that day I couldn't get my things until the next day b/c he needed to leave the property and because I bought my supervisor to his job I would have to wait, he wanted me off his property is what he said. He called my job and told my boss that I came to his office and cursed him out and I was the one yelling and screaming and that he was about to put the video tape of me on youtube. As if his raggedy business could afford a video or surveillance camera to tape anything. I returned the next day with my own UHAUL big enough to put all of my things in and when the truck that contained my house hold goods was opened I immediately smelled urine. Needless to say, Jeff was so angry with me about the money, his verbal comments toward me were not entertained and him just being pure low down and dirty....I boarded the truck and open a clothes drawer and the drawer and clothes inside it were soaked with urine. So much urine that the drawers were damaged (warped), there was a puddle of urine beneath the drawer where the extra had run out and the clothes were stained and had changed color. This business should be on the OFF LIMITS list to people just like the car lots are to Sailors. Jeff is running a business that has the movers doing illegal things just to keep their jobs, almost like they are afraid of him.
