We had a terrible experience! please STAY AWAY! (Do not use! If I could give minus starts I would. Worst experience ever) I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Hands down the WORST moving experience I have ever had. I am in the process of filing a claim for the missing(30% missing) and damage items (30% damaged) The LOADING: The foreman pushed and pushed us. He made me promise to give 'good reviews' and 'take care of his guys'. They shoved our stuff in boxes with no regard for value The WAIT(source location) : Our stuff was supposed to be there the week after. It took TWO weeks, truck delays, and promise after promise that was never kept. THE MONEY: The foreman started estimate again started ,bargaining back and forth to his manager and left place and again calling aking prices to include every thing stated work ( leads to frustration to customer ) THE DELIVERING: I paid to them for damaged and missing boxes. The WORST experience of my life!!! ,No responsiablity delivered the all invoices mentioned in list. CLAIM PROCESS: By Default its Basic coveraing , only accept s mailing the claims forms (no email service submit the claim form ) CUSTOMER SERVICES: Very poor communicate back to customer ,Only Customer has to follow-up ,they have standard answers ex :working on /investigating/simply sending mail sayig "appologies damage and missing items standard mail.

Horrific. Avoid.
Do not use! If I could give minus starts I would. Worst experience ever. Stated one price then it was almost double when loaded. 6K to 12k is quite a bit different. Highlights - funny how the most expensive piece of artwork is ‘missing’ and didn’t make it to our new home. Literally stole our personal moving equipment - dolly and padded furniture movers. Said they would pay for it but still nothing and won’t help figure out where the check was sent to pay for stolen items. Damaged our safe and it now has issues opening. Every single tote was broken. Every single box had damage. Save yourself the heartache and AVOID. AT. ALL. COSTS.

Lost items, items stored in damp ...
They do the size bait and switch that all moving companies do. They grossly under quote you and then charge more per pound or cubic food once they've started loading the truck. However, unlike other moving companies, they lost large several items of mine valued at $1,500. Everything was also damp and had to be washed. I guess they stored it in a wet warehouse. They only cover $0.60 per pound per article up to $5k. Basically, that means if they lose or damage something you get nothing Sounds like the other reviewers had similar experiences. Don't use this company. And if you must use them, buy insurance from a 3rd party, you'll need it!

Don't even Call them.
MISLEADING TACTICS USED TO GET THEIR CONTRACTS SIGNED. COULD NOT GET THE DELIVERY MADE OR AN ETA GIVEN AFTER 3 WEEKS SITTING IN WAREHOUSE. PROMISED AN INADEQUATE REFUND OF WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE AND WILLINGLY LET MEET FLY IN FROM OUT OF STATE INTO A TOWN HOURS AWAY FROM MY BELONGINGS . EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM WAS UNFAVORABLE. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! CURRENTLY ONGOING BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT DUE TO NOT REC 'V MY LITTLE $200 REFUND AFTER PAYING THEM $1700 FOR NOTHING

Front end was good, but back end was ...
I think it was fine on the front end. They showed up when they were supposed to. They packed and loaded like they had promised. And they said, that our stuff will be coming (hopefully) in like two weeks. And their contract does say 30 business days, but I had to keep calling to try and get updates. And then they told me as soon as they got a truck, they would let me know - which they did NOT, because the guy called me yesterday and said he would be here today at noon. And you know, they're a straight cash business, so you have to pay for everything in cash. So I was at the bank this morning at 9:30, and he called and said he was here.

I started a new job, and I still have ...
The date that I requested my furniture to be by was the 12th of January. And it was under my impression, usually when they ask you, what date are you available to receive your furniture... That's like, in my eyes, that was like the date that it should be arriving by. The company should be targeting as close a delivery date to that. I was reaching out them last week - four days, five days before my arrival date. You know, cause I wanted to see what the status of my furniture was. Is it on the way? What's going on? So I called, and they said the furniture still hasn't left California... that they're waiting for trucks to go there to pick up my furniture.

Best West Express exceeded my expectations and providsed me with an excellent service! The whole crew was very polite, careful yet speedy! Zoe always made sure I understood everything perfectly before move day and I couldn't be so grateful to have found such a great moving company ! LOOK NO FURTHER THAN BEST WEST XPRESS!!

I used Best west express to move my 4 bedroom family home to Georgia. I am very happy with all the hard work and dedication that everyone put into this move. I was very nervous about the whole thing and Travis and the moving crew really put my mind at ease and made it stress free. I have already recommended them to many of my colleagues!
