All went well till the day of my move, appointment set for 9.00am, I get a call from Montel at 8.45am that he is not able to be on time, and he may only arrive at 10.30am, at 10.00am we called to get an update and Montel didn't answer phone, Send text, called again multiple times and finally calls went straight to voice mail. Tried calling from another phone and phone start ringing again but no answer, so my phone was purposely blocked by Montel. Obviously he never showed up to to do the job. Totally unprofessional behavior and we had to scramble for other movers that day since we only had a small move in window at the new apartment building. As of today I have not received any call, emails or text Be aware and get someone professional instead.
