Pitiful

We had a small order, a piece of furniture, etc. Moved it a short distance away. The owner Binyomin literally did not get out of his truck seat the whole time. It was my job to supervise his 2 workers. It soon became obvious that the workers had no moving experience. E.g. rather than lift the couch up off the floor, they dragged it, making big scratches in the wood floor. Later on they broke a door. I am sure that they were untrained day laborers picked up off the street for minimal pay. At delivery, he refused to move until I paid in full. He said that since his workiers caused damage and we might want compensation, he simply would not move untill all was paid, This way we could not try to get reimbursed. I suggest everyone stay far away from this co. Unprofessional, unethical, lazy and rude. Read more
