They are Scammers DO NOT USE. ...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! We moved my mother out of a 2-bedroom home from Jupiter,FL and was given a reasonable quote for a LOCAL MOVE and told they would be done moving her within a certain time frame so she could close on her house. They ended up making charges for 3 XS THAT AMOUNT!!! And the the move itself took DOUBLE THE TIME because they did not send enough staff or have the proper equipment to handle the move which caused the closing to be in jeopardy. They also DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PACK. THEY LITERALLY THREW HER STUFF INTO BOXES!!! They packed PAINT cans with her books and cds along with Laundry detergent and a bowling ball in the same box with her printer ON TOP OF IT! MULTIPLE ITEMS WERE BROKE INCLUDING FURNITURE because they did not use bubble wrap or packing blankets and even CHARGED HER FOR PACKING MATERIALS TWICE WHAT THEY QUOTED WHICH WERE NOT EVEN USED! They used DUCT TAPE ON A LEATHER COUCH!!! AND TAPED DIRECTLY ONTO WOOD VENEER!!! The foreman Leon who oversaw the move was MIA most of the time and they use young kids to do the heavy lifting that required hand holding the whole time to stay on track because they were routinely found on their phones!!! On top of that they use coercion to get extra tips and try to get you to leave them a star review before they will leave your house ADDING FURTHER INSULT TO INJURY AND EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!!! It was a NIGHTMARE MOVE. When we complained and gave them documentation of their work we were told they would contact us but they repeatedly missed their own appointments to return our calls and deal with this in a good customer service way leaving us no other choice but to put a claim into the Better Business Bureau and post reviews like this to ALERT OTHERS NOT TO LET THEM SCAM YOU AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Shame be upon all of you for taking advantage of a single older woman living alone and making her move such a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
