It was pretty good although we did ...

It was pretty good although we did have one issue - actually there was a couple things. We couldn't find the bolt for our bed, so we had to buy a new one. We have an elliptical trainer, they didn't put it back together. It's pretty hard to put back together but they didn't say anything they just left it there. One bolt was missing and the other one was stripped. We did have to have them replace the bolts, so they came and fixed it for us. Other than that, they were on time and did a good job. Read more

Worst movers ever

Mark the owner came out to our house for estimate and told us they would be using a regular size moving truck like those used for cross country. All furniture would be shrink wrapped and blanket wrapped. When the movers showed up they had two small trucks. One rented. Not one piece of furniture was shrink wrapped nor blanket wrapped. They crammed everything they could into the trucks breaking pieces of furniture, even a TV set, Boxes marked glass fragile do not put anything on top was demolished. Accessories broken into pieces. One of the trucks had furniture on it the truck driver was moving to his home. We did not know that until all of our furniture was off the truck. We are still waiting for the insurance company from Bos Moving. We stopped the check but we have still not seen nor heard from Mark's insurance company. He is taking us to small claims court and we welcome the chance to show a judge exactly what this company is about. Do not use them if you have valuable furniture. Why should you have to have furniture which was in excellent condition before the move repaired? Antique pieces become worthless. Mark's attitude and I quote "it's just furniture, I replace mine every 10 years and I have some old televisions sitting around at home I can give you". Run - do not walk - away from this company! Absolutely terrible

Terrible, absolutely terrible. They were 35-40% higher than their quote. They damaged several items during the move, and the company is dragging their feet on compensation for such. Its just bad. Another thing too, it takes about 45 minutes from one location the next, and they took like 2 and half hours. The movers also damaged my old house and damaged the new house, I repaired those myself because I didn't ask them for compensation, but the owner has yet to step up to the plate and repair what was damaged. These movers went above and beyond

They came pretty much on-time, it was probably one of the worst days to move, the weather was terrible. But they came on-time, both gentlemen in the truck were extremely polite and courteous and very helpful and I have no complaints at all. They took good care of the furniture and went above and beyond. I received all the services I requested, it was basically just picking up furniture in one town and moving it to another and putting it in the apartment in place, and that's basically what they did. We already had things prepacked in bins, containers and boxes and they took whatever we told them to take. The price was very fair. I would definitely recommend them. Read more

They were on-time, they were fast and they didn't break or lose anything. The crew was very professional and they were all nice guys. Packing and wrapping was good, I already had everything packed because I moved before, but the dressers, they tied them up and wrapped the drawers, so they were prepared and they knew what they were doing. It was a full-service move and I received everything I needed. The price was good as well, it was reasonable and affordable. They are the Best

They were great bunch of guys. They were three of them and they moved me out of my house in two-and-half hours and moved me into my new place in less than that. They gave me a pretty good price and I don't have any complaints about them. The guys - they had a good attitude and they were hard workers. They worked fast. Besides that I don't have one bad word about them. If I had to suggest a good moving company to anybody else that I know that is moving and I would say Bos did a real good job. If I had to move again in the future, I will go back to them again. I have done most of the packing but they recognized things that I didn't quite do right and they told it about it and they did it. I am grateful about it because if they didn't do it, it would have broken on the move. They knew what they were doing in other words. I am really satisfied with them. That is all I can say.
