Absolute Nightmare
I did my research and decided to use them because I thought they were the cheapest.... on paper they were but they cost me almost $1000 of lost belongings including the $1000 moving fee, plus now the $50 for the lawsuit I had to file again them to see some reimbursement. Their costumer services hardly speak english so good luck trying to reason with them. I have been ignoring by these people until I filed a lawsuit. I have receiving harassing voicemails. Being a busy college student, I find it completely necessary to take the time to sue Boston Express Movers because they deserve to be out of business
