Claims Service is a Joke

We had Brother Bear help us move out of our home in June. During the move, they broke a dresser, and damaged the walls and floors. During that move, everything was loaded into a storage locker as we were waiting for our new home. When we unloaded the locker finally, we discovered much more damage. Seat chairs ripped, broken glass on furniture, and scratched furniture. The worst part is that their "claims" service is a complete joke. 3 Bedroom Move

Alex and his team did an outstanding job moving my family across town last week. They arrived 15 minutes early and were eager to get right to work after we did a walk through. They protected all of my items with blankets which I really appreciated. They also rolled out floor runners and protected my hand rails.
