Claims Service is a Joke
We had Brother Bear help us move out of our home in June. During the move, they broke a dresser, and damaged the walls and floors. During that move, everything was loaded into a storage locker as we were waiting for our new home. When we unloaded the locker finally, we discovered much more damage. Seat chairs ripped, broken glass on furniture, and scratched furniture. The worst part is that their "claims" service is a complete joke. We have tried to contact them MANY times and we are completely ignored.

THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT TO MOVE A SAFE THE FOLLOWING DAY AT NOON. NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP. I TEXTED THEM,THEY MESSAGED BACK. I SAID COME RIGHT NOW,LETS MOVE THE SAFE....SILENCE. THAT WAS LAST WEEK. STILL HAVE MY MONEY

3 Bedroom Move
Alex and his team did an outstanding job moving my family across town last week. They arrived 15 minutes early and were eager to get right to work after we did a walk through. They protected all of my items with blankets which I really appreciated. They also rolled out floor runners and protected my hand rails. The crew was clean and professional and it was clear that they knew what they were doing. Overall I was very happy with the services that I paid for.
