Terrible Company

To start, only one person showed up. He worked alone for two hours before the rest of the movers casually arrived. They then complained about the working conditions, despite having our AC on blast yet leaving my front door open for hours, including during their breaks. Once they finished almost six hours later, they left my home but their garbage they left behind did not. Bottles were left on my porch and some were left in my refrigerator. We were told our belongings would arrive July 25 at the latest but they then arrived on August 6. Almost a month of sleeping on air mattresses and living on fast food because we had no pots or pans. No clothes for work because they were packed away and we stupidly took their word on the arrival date. Over 50% of our big furniture items were absolutely ruined including one irreplaceable piece that can’t be fixed. My husband’s computer was placed at the bottom of a box and much heavier things were placed on top. It has dents and won’t even turn on now. Some of our furniture looks like it has literally been ripped apart. Terrible company. Avoid them at all costs. Read more
