I felt deceived

My encounter with Cartier Moving services was nothing short of a nightmare,leaving me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to engage their services. Despite shelling out a significant $516 for two men for a three-hour job,the experience was plagued by a series of disappointments. To begin with,the crew’s tardiness set a negative tone for the entire engagement,arriving at 3:30 pm instead of the agreed-upon time. This delay,coupled with what unfolded later,left me questioning the professionalism of Cartier Moving services. As the movers got to work,their focus seemed to be misplaced. Instead of prioritizing the careful handling of my heavy furniture,they were more interested in dealing with numerous boxes. This was particularly frustrating as I had explicitly hired them for the purpose of moving these large,cumbersome items. Adding insult to injury,my dissatisfaction reached new heights when I discovered that they had not only neglected my instructions but also managed to break several of my precious vases and figurines. The lack of care and attention to detail was not only disappointing but also left me with damaged belongings,compounding the overall negative experience. The final blow came when,after a mere one hour and fifty-two minutes,the movers abruptly stopped working at 5:22 pm,leaving me with unresolved issues and a feeling of being unjustly shortchanged. In light of the tardiness,misguided focus,and the heartbreaking damage to my belongings,I cannot in good conscience recommend Cartier Moving services.
