I generally do not write reviews good or bad, but this is a warning to anyone who is considering using Ceesay Moving aka Gam Moving and Delivery aka yourmovequote.com - they owner is a criminal and has gone to extreme lengths to avoid being found out. They showed up hours late, damaged our house and belongings and then lied about coordinating a claim with their liability insurance and never returned another call or text. Terrible experience overall and I am shocked they have not been shut down yet, but implore anyone looking for a moving service to pay more and avoid this company! Read more

SCAM!!! Don't use them! Thieves!

Worst experience ever. Showed up 2.5 hours late and showed up in a truck that would not fit all our stuff. They left to unload and ran out of gas down the street. By the time they got done with the move it was after midnight. Driver then insisted that we pay cash ($1400 and then demanded another $400 since they had to make two trips) Ron the manager said we would get an invoice emailed to us. Still no invoice. When we then scheduled them to bring our stuff to new house he charged us another $1100 or else refused to bring our things. That move took 2 days because they kept forgetting things or bringing things that were not ours. We have had over $13,000 worth of things damaged or lost. Owner keeps saying his insurance company will contact us and they never have. He now will not answer our calls. The place is a joke. I had his own employees text me stating boss pays them cash and even then they have to fight for their money. At this point I have reported my things stolen with the police and will be taking legal action. I will be reporting to Colorado Department of Labor for sure. STAY AWAY, WORST MOVE, EXTORTED

ZERO STARS WARNING: Movers were over 7 hours late and my belongings were held ransom while Ron Ceesay, the owner, extorted me for more money. I had to involve the cops. Most of my items were damaged. THEY CONTRACTED OUT! after doing our homework and getting several recommendations, we choose this company! RED FLAG FROM THE START! We contacted the company. Never heard back. Called to confirm 2 days prior and they confirmed the move. The day of the move... CEESAW moving company shows up with 2 men. We never even got asked or told about contacting out and had also been told we would have 3 guys. $189 for two hours with $189 every 2 hours from then till finish move. It took these guys from 10am to 10pm on a Friday! When I spoke with the movers at 6pm, they informed me of the info they received. CHEATERS AND LIARS

Very unprofessional, cheaters, liars, came six and half hours late and also didn't bring the dolley, spent more hours loading and unloading and charged more, contract page they brought was different than what I signed. Every was completely opposite to what we signed on the contract. They didn't bring the three complimentary wardrobe boxes. Complete rip off and very expensive. This company should be taken off from BBB listing and should not get no buisness to rip off people.Cheaters and liars. Read more

Worst Moving Company EVER

Ended up charging us $250 more than their quote, showed up with a smaller truck than represented, and the manager Ron is unaccountable and tries to cheat you. The employees were nice and worked hard but this company is shady and has no transparency into their charges. Ron even tried to bribe us into paying cash (can't refund cash charges - how convenient for him!) by saying he'd lower the price $50 (what an offer!) Shady company that we're reporting to the BBB. Unprofessional is an understatement

By far the most unprofessional moving company I've used. They were late (to be expected with movers), did not bring any dollies to move to the third floor, told me that I did not inform them it was moving to a third floor (I did), one guy brought his GF with him so she hung out in the moving truck. One of the 2 movers (same one with the GF) was having knee issues the whole day so he had to take numerous breaks (including smoke breaks) to compensate for it. At one point the other mover made 7 trips up the stairs while the other guy just stood near the truck. Multiple boxes labeled "this side up" were placed upside down causing a lot of bathroom liquids to spill out onto other goods, in which the claim has been ignored by Ron, who is the "head of the company." The head boss (Ron) ignores phone calls and takes 0 responsibility. They had flipped their larger truck so they came with a smaller one (said it would fit everything anyways, but the quote was horrendously undershot somehow) so we couldn't fit everything. Was promised when I paid they would return the next day before 10am. The next day came and when I called at 12 he said his guys won't work for free so it'll be extra, even though it was agreed upon that they would come. Then promised they would come that afternoon with a different crew, didn't show up and didn't call me. The office you call to make the quote has nothing to do with the people that actually move you, so they also won't take any responsibility. I spent over 3 hours talking to 6 (maybe more) different people in their office, including Louis (manager), Mike (operations manager) and Alex (moving specialist). All of that to no end, as I was placed on multiple 10-20 minute holds, hung up on, not called back, etc. I don't know why I booked this company after seeing the other reviews but I did and I am VERY regretful of that decision. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Anyone else. Give me a call and I'll help you move before you go with these guys (I did about 1/5 of my own move anyways).
